In fact the narrator of this video holds a completely legal Fancy Rat and Mouse club with shows (and the Rats and Mice can be just plain pets too!) in the Riverside, CA area. Also, let's not forget - let's *not* forget, Dude - that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city - that aint legal either.

Be careful not to criticize to quick, as one could call a muskrat an amphibious rodent.
Also, rats/mice are illegal in other neighboring countries, such as Canada having outlawed rats in certain provinces.
