thats a bit flawed cos if a keeper was there, he may not necessarily save the shots that hit the net. the best way to practice would be to have a keeper as opposed to a net, cos any1 can pass a ball into the bottom corners

Well the V-Keeper is there to also train a goalie. If the ball hits the net, he or she knows that it should have been stopped!

well really this is't a very good practice tool if u think about it cuz ok it may work for straight on shooting but what about shots from angles or breakways to the left or right realisticly u can't place the ball near post a majority of the time becuz the keeper will be cutting off the angle. just my personal opinion

No, the V-keeper is a "net" which goes in front of the actual netting. This "net" is used to rebound your shot when there's no one around to play as goalie!
