  • Amazing. make me crying

  • brilliant!

  • I think Matthew Cameron misunderstood some Mozart's points when transcripting this. Still gorgeous.

  • The left hand is tooooo difficult but the arrangement at this tempo is amazing. How can i get the music sheet? This Matthew Cameron did a splendid job, does he play concerts?

  • For an easier-to-read copy of this movement, send me your e-mail in a Personal Message.

  • @JupiterIV ASKING FOR SOMEONE'S EMAIL IS RUDE!

  • echt schön :)

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!

  • @tamboklawas you are born with a penis in your head! mozart was a genius!

  • @ScelerataBestiola HEY! BE NICE! DO YA WANT PRESENTS OR A LUMP OF COAL? IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU WANT A LUMP OF COAL!

  • @tamboklawas and you are his mother :D

  • @ShadowNato1 HEY! YOU ARE ON THE NAUGHTY LIST! LUMP OF COAL FOR YOU!

  • @tamboklawas Mozart did actually have Tourette's Syndrome, but that didn't hinder his incredible composing ability, nor does it give you the right to post your vulgar comment on the video of one of his most celebrated works.

  • ich spiele auch klavier aber nicht so gut this is good

  • i don't get the melody out of my brain .... :D

  • oh dear, that music sheets look hard. can you make a slow tutorial?

  • mozart was a genius

  • hmdas passt nicht hier rein aber ich suche jmd zum schreiben bin so einsam

  • na warum so?

  • na warum so

  • Where is the 4th movement?

  • truly amazing transcript !!

  • This is great! Thx for uploading this video. Since you have the music sheet, could you possibly send me a copy? I cannot find this version:(

  • this is most satisfying.

  • where did you get the footage for this vid?

  • quite good, i'm doing it, and really it is quite difficult

  • @Adenafire No doubt it's difficult. I find with Mozart, even his easy pieces like Sonata k545 can be easy to play but difficult to play well. You can get away with some sloppiness playing Chopin but Mozart requires a very precise and delicate touch. That's been my experience anyway. Good luck to you. Maybe you can post your own video of this if you don't mind sharing. :)

  • haha i'll try if i take the time!

  • @podx990 what do you mean? chopin is very difficult and is very percise! should not mozart and chopin be equal.

  • @americathelovely Mozart and Chopin are two different styles of music (classical and romantic). A bit of unevenness in classical or baroque sounds far worse than the same degree of unevenness in romantic. There is much less room for error in Bach or Mozart than in Chopin. I know from experience that Chopin's Polonaise Op. 53 is easier to play *well* than Mozart's Sonata k545, even though the latter is technically much easier.

  • @americathelovely. In Mozart there is minimal (technically no) pedal and NO rubato, so its not very open to interpretation. In those aspects Mozart is more challenging. I'll agree one slip up while playing Mozart can make the whole house of cards cave in very easily. With that said, Mozart and Chopin are so far away from each other, it's really hard to even try comparing the two. They both have their challenges.

  • oh goood that sounds good ;)

  • after having great technique, he is always so "sensitive". I dont know if others are feeling thw same, but his playing is going straight to my soul. (Unlike chinese and other "technicians").

  • yeah, Lang Lang and Yundi Li are exactly the same, all those robotic Chinese...

    moron.

  • @trtnec LEAVE! NO PRESENTS FOR YOU!

  • A tricky arrangement which could easily sound clumsy-katsaris makes you hear the piece afresh as his articulation is so alert. Better than the lumpy Klemperer recording i`ve got.

  • Very Good indeed

  • This looks fun to play

  • In the recapitulation, the transition to the second theme is incorrectly played, not following the manuscript shown in the video.

How it's played here, the bridge cadences as if it were transposing to D major, where instead it should remain G major.

A slight mistake on the performer's part, but nonetheless a worthy and admirable performance of Mozart.

  • I love this (: If i have never heard the original symphony of this in my life, I'd have thought this were a really great piano piece!! :D

  • where did you find this transcription?

  • This is a great transcription for piano. It really is a great art to take a full score and reduce it to one instrument, and still retain it's original flovor.

  • What's really hard about this piece is that you have to match your left hand to the tune of the right hand or play exactly what the notes tell you to do.

  • left hand has to be very fast indeed

  • So let's assume that your octaves are accurate and fast, your thirds are also fast but legato and that your broken chords aren't jumpy.

Rondo Alla Turca and Fur Elise are nothing, technique wise, in comparison to this. Please post your own.

  • omg you suck.

  • @sulynsin OH MY GOD YOU ARE GETTING A LUMP OF COAL FOR CHRISTMAS! APOLOGIZE TO ADENHAKIMI THIS INSTANT!

  • God my ricital is on Febuary 28,2009 and my piece is eine kline natchmusik and i just memorized it i need to master it

  • if you play this your left hand will explode

  • To hearing this, is worth a hand.

  • @ezeturbio haha lol :D

  • @ezeturbio LOL, I think you are just lazy.

  • @ezeturbio Go check out Liszt transcendental etude 5. The right hand part looks like it's physically impossible.

  • @ezeturbio disagree

  • Bach is the father of music and on his right side stands Mozart.

This music is the voice of god.

  • lolololololololololol this song is funny.

  • could you send me a a link for the sheet music

  • Johann Crysostom Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is so goooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

  • so complicated T.T but me want to learn so badddd!

  • bach majorly poaned mozart....... if you dont think so you shouldnt be arguing about stuff you dont even know about.

  • I love Mozart, but I have to agree with you.Bach was hands down the best musician to ever live.He doesn't get nearly enough credit.

  • omg I love this it is so famous can't wait to play it!!!

  • well done mozart

  • たとえ楽譜を持っていたとしても、弾けないだろう。

  • From the mediocrities' sides: Too many notes, as Herr Direktor would say, for us mortals to play

But from the greatest of composers' standpoint: to hell with "Too many notes"

  • How do we play this sheets?? TOO DIFFICULT!

    but,,, beautiful

  • Katsaris' playing make every piece sound as clear and rich as a diamond

  • is it possible to get sheets?? plzzzz:)

  • @Androslav IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YA TA USE GOOGLE?

  • Katsaris and Cameron are both geniuses

  • Katsaris shows a lot of flexibility. He can make anything sound musical apparently.

  • i liked the video i loved that i could actually follow along... u deserve a 5/5

  • @NOSEhow2LIV WHY WOULD YOU JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP?!

  • I'm going to see katsaris next week!

  • this is so awesome! does anyone know where can i get the music sheet for free? tnx. :)

  • it is all so clearly played . this man might be the pianist who can play ppp to fff in ravel . So expressive , tasteful. Catsaris is tops. Argerich, freire,Pletnev ,Lortie a few others Gavrilov .One ofmy faves.

  • Great video. What did you use to make the page turns and scolling pages?

  • I cant believe how tastefully and Mozartean the writing is . Katsaris is always formidable .

  • I agree with Tacitus87 - Thanks for this video - I think you should mention the CD - title and number - It's probably from Katsaris himself - Piano21 ?

  • Katsaris is the best
