  • I'm doing an interview On Monday February 13 at 8 pm PST on Blog Talk Radio hosted by Jim The Realtor. You can call in or ask questions online about these projects and my house flipping business. Go to my site for the link for the show. Thanks for following everyone, hope to hear from you!

  • An amazing, awesome job! I love the craftsman style home and what you did with it. It retained it's intergrity, but with all the modern conveniences and beautiful upgrades. I look forward to seeing more of your flips. You make Armando look like such an amateur.

  • I love the music.... can anyone tell me what it is?

  • Nice house how much did the renovations cost

  • Absolutely lovely job! What was your initial budget on this flip? Were you able to stay within budget on it and how many days did you allow for completion, and were you able to complete in the original time frame? I was glad to see that altho very modernized I was still able to look at it, and feel the originality of the architecture you started with. Great job!!

  • renovation costs?

  • do you have time to or are you interested in networking our video channels on YouTube? i boxed your channel on my profile page. would you return the favor? i will activly watch, comment, like and favorite all your videos if you could do the same to some of my videos? sound cool?

  • omg go down the stree to the right and go across the street and you will see a huge huge yellow house 2 sotorys and like almost 1 acre of a yard and that is my hous elol

  • I think you did a great job on that house!

However, I was wondering if you have to be a very handy person to flip houses? Thanks to anyone who replies.

    Best regards

  • Nice house and great job. I was wondering while the video was going, if you were gonna make your money back. The house looked like it might of been in a neighborhood of 70 thousand dollar houses. But i see now that it was in a historic part. Great job though the house was a beauty.

  • you are good

  • Yo Tom! Thanks for unanswered question! To late Pal! I simply went to home depot’ found a nicely dressed woman! Pulled her to the side and asked! ...

next time question asked! I expect results! Or ima hop in my car come down San Antonio and make your target house! my target! Put some holes in that nice new drywall! Then steal your dewalt! HAHA! >:)

  • d00d! (question) 'Im installing vinyl flooring - is it common procedure to match kitchen vinyl with bathroom vinyl? Is it necessary to match’ Kitchen, Baths, Laundry etc.. flooring...

  • although arches were rarely seen in the interiors of craftsman style homes, you guys did a great job at keeping the integrity of the original home!

  • what song was that haha

  • that was just outstanding. I hope to one day be as efficient and successful as you Tom. One question do you think the dallas ft. worth area of texas is just as good for flipping as san antonio?

  • OUTSTANDING!!!!!

  • Wow nice How much did the house cost and what did you sell it for?

  • @GarrettYngbld We paid 138k & sold it for 340k. Thanks for the compliments!

  • @tomtarrant

The real question is how much did the toal reno cost, labour materials etc..

  • @tomtarrant You paid $138k for it but how much money did you put into it without the labor cost?

  • Electrical work didn't look too professional.

  • The picture you saw was during rough-in. Thats why there were wires all messy hanging outside the panel. The complete rewire was from the best company in town, and tight as a nats ass once all the staples were in and panel was made up. Of course all work performed by licensed master electrician and passed city inspections for the permitting process. Thanks for watching!

  • @tomtarrant ARMANDO MONTELONGO HE IS A FUCKING CROOK, HE STOLE $1300 FROM ME FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT, SO DON'T BELIEVE NOTHING THAT COMES OUT HE'S NASTY MOUTH , ARMANDO YOU ARE A FUCKING LIAR

  • @laninamia

proof or it didnt happen, get what you need and go to small claims, but spouting such claims on the interwebs with not so much as a scenario as to what happened is not going to to do anything except get you slammed for libel

  • Ur an idiot. He is obviously a perfectionist did you think he would leave something like that unfinished. U jerk

  • @ClassicElectricNJ , You should have known this. stop and think before criticizing his work, haven't you seen his other videos? obviously if the electrical was bad he wouldn't have sold that house and made such a huge profit, hater!

  • very good job on the landscaping and the kitchen. Lots of hours and devotion. I hope it paid off. What did you make on it. If your living there its all good. I have a house that was built in 1905 going to remodel as well. I'll have to check out some others maybe it will give me more of a inside track of mind. Thanks for sharing your blood sweat and insight.

  • It's amazing what you do with these houses. Your really a pro. Great job on the house.
