I hope you're right! When I was in London there were only 28 routes. The 4A Oxford East went the closest but I still had to walk from Clarke Sideroad. I am glad to hear that has changed!
Yeah, they now have a bus route heading right to the terminal- it's not quite direct since it makes a little detour along Crumlin Road before stopping at the terminal, but you can still get to the airport without paying $25 for a taxi.
I'm assuming you mean UWO lol it's certainly possible to get around without a car, but if you can afford it and have a place to park it, it's always a good idea.
I try to look at London Ontario at you tube to learn about the place and be familiar with the city, but I can´t never find a city or a place that looks like downtown, I ask, Is there a real city at London Ontario or It´s just country.
London has a proportionally small downtown. There is a LOT of urban sprawl. Oxford St is an east-west street that roughly defines the north end of downtown. The street the driver comes to at 5:47 is Richmond. Turning right there takes you downtown; turning left takes you to the university.

London is pretty cool, but it must be the only city on the planet where you cannot take a city bus to the airport. Pain in the neck!

@pitcalco Doesn't the 36 go to the airport?
