to the first violin, don't rush on the sixteenth notes and work a bit on the intonation.
to the second violin and viola, for your simultaneous eigth notes, have a sense of direction and keep it moving. also match the bow articulations. the second violin is doing the stokes in a more legato way while the viola is doing a brush stroke. try practising in sectionals
also try to keep the beat steady. there are surges and it's very "wavy".
