this really is a junk book no rhyme or reason. too small for use and too thick for binding. I am glad that you are enjoying the book. maybe you could make it into more than one book since it is so thick.

I love the fact that you have no idea where the book is headed....and thats the point, isn't it? You follow your creative self and let the project take the lead...love it!! This is gorgeous. I love that you found a great spot for the papers that you couldn't cut into. I have those too and my smash book is going to be the PERFECT spot as well for those papers. Thanks for your inspiration, yours is simply amazing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I've also become trained to seek out perfection, but this journaling type is really getting me out of that. You are too hard on yourself!! And I s agree, I started putting a jj together and then I caught myself thinking it has to blend, it should have flowers, my thoughts of a jj and a coordinating mini were being blurred together and I don't want that, i want a Junk Journal!! @Sue7777000 EXACTLY!! My brain didn't want 2 wrap around the concept of "just stick it n there!" So far I am learning though LOL It may still be square but I accepted that I got paint on a wrong page yesterday so I am seeing progress in my thinking *grin*. I didn't realize how "trained 2 seek perfection" I had become HAHAHA This has been the best fun. I have 3ish pages some what done ( r they ever really done if you r just tinkering) & its been a blast! So freeing! Cant wait 2 see what U made!!

Loved your video! It was sooo funny with all the comments! As I'm watching those smash book vids it's starting to grow on me. I love the idea of putting some of the hoarding vault in the book! Scrapbooking is about preserving memories, right. Then why not preserve the memory of your favorite items/papers that you'll be able to look at just by flipping through the pages years and years from now!! LOVE the idea! I'm gonna call mine my hoarding book... TFS! :)
