he was defensless i understand where you guys are coming from but as soon as al harris touched the ball the wide reciever isn't a wide reciever anymore he's a defender who's job now is to tackle the ball carrier and what do you do to protect him? block the defender. it was a great hit and it shouldn't have been called. he was defenseless but rules are rules

The Broncos had some stupid penalities called against them too that day. Like ejecting Stokley when he barely even touched the ref on accident and a holding call on Kuper.

that was a bad call. The Refs basically allowed Denver to come back by effectively rendering a mid field interception moot when they placed the ball on the Eagles 1 yard line. That was basically a 48 yard penalty.
