You get the Turtle from fishing any pool in Northrend. As you can see from the video, you have to fish over the "school of fishes". Its a rare drop , people have gotten it within 5 casts, others after 6k successful catches. YOU CAN GET IT IN ANY ZONE. Make sure to get stuff that gets ur fishing up, like lures, baubbles, stuff like that.
