  • Where is the other 75% of the squat? I call this sumo good mornings lockouts. If you'd like to see real squat go check Tom Platz 500 for 23 reps. All the way down, stop on the bottom and than all the way up. Or check any olympic weightlifter like Brozknows and so on. What a fake man.
