Totally understand the concept, just don't understand how it adds value to a customer... What's the benefit of buying a surfboard shaped towel? I'm just curious.

It's a novel way of packaging and presenting a beach towel, they're trying to make their product standout from the crowd, a novel gift.....

Maybe I'm missing the point... but isn't a beach towel suppose to make you dry?  What's the point of this?

Hi,

The point is the towel is it is compressed into the shape of a Surfboard in the packaging and to un-compress the towel you have to soak it in water, once it is dry you can then use it to dry yourself.
