One thing I notice, Khan sounds a lot more like he did when they recorded The Expedition, as opposed to anything recorded from One Cold Winters Night and beyond. A bit more crisp, compared to the fuzzier sound. Don't get me wrong, I'm still looking forward to the next album, but it really makes me curious to wonder what it would have sounded like if Khan was still in the band.
