We were only 3 weeks behind you guys (on the SciFi channel) for Season 4, so the Comic Con trailer didn't spoil it for us. However, SciFi channel's Next Time trailers are different than BBC's. SciFi's Next Time trailer showed the Doctor still being played by David Tennant in the next episode. The suspense only lasted 5 seconds for us. Stupid SciFi channel!

There is a ton of stuff that the rest of the world can't view or hear. Besides, this was shown to a small group of people who paid admission to a convention (they're expecting a little something special).
