Western food gives the natives diabetes, obesity and all sorts of horrible things... wheat has only been introduced 200 years ago into a traditional dietary system of over 50,000 years old.

The adult human body needs only about 45g of protein a day (a tablespoon of protein) and some fibre and water. She's fine!

I mean I assume that the mongolians are more lactose tolerant since milk and dairy products is a huge portion of what they eat compared to some other ppl who barely touch that, if ever. Various native red meats (wild buffalo, roo, birds), tubas, yams (potato) and native legumes, fish and shellfish, amphibian and reptile meats (crocodile, goanna, snake) native honey, berries, vegetation, fruits like figs, native tomato, flowers, seeds and various other staples. They eat what they need... not like the two fat white guys who are both obese and eat for shock value... lol
