@mircea4steaua because of copyright aspects. He is not the owner of the original track and because of that he is not allowed to release it. Furthermore I think it would be expensive as hell to pay for the rights

@knaim1 If you want to release a song/remix and you use samples which are taken from another song you have to clear the samples by "asking" the person/label who has got the rights to distribute this song for a permission to release the remix! How much it takes to pay for the rights depends on how famous a song is! Furthermore the owners of the original versions often proof whether they like a remix or not and whether they want a certain artist to release a remix of their song or not!
