Grazie - we visited Rome last summmer and were bowled over by it as a city but those birds are just amazing.Thank you for sharing this bit of your everyday life!

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone in their right mind would want to harm this species like they did in our ugly past, wiping out forever those beautiful Passenger Pigeons of yesteryear... it's my understanding they too flocked in like manner... but thank God they haven't so far got their way with our beloved Starlings... (YET!) but their small harmful minds are fast at work on it! Thank you so much for that beautiful video!
