I was there too and the sod was flying everywhere. I think I missed Lush as well. The mosh was insane. I was about 20th row and the sod was coming from the lawn and making it's way through the seats and eventually on the stage. I believe it was Soundgarden or Ministry that walked off the stage due to being hit with sod. The days when your ears rang for 2 days after a concert. I wish I had a picture of the mosh pit and the hundreds of pieces of sod flying in the air from my point of view.
@CreatingExcellence Yes and no. Yes, there was a massive sod fight. I got hit in the head with a rock. It was during the Ministry show. But they didn't walk off. The lead singer, Al, stopped the show and cussed out the crowd saying he's take their money and not play. But if they wanted to hear good music, stop throwing shit and he's play. Everyone stopped and the show went on. It was amazing. Never seen anything like it. Loved Lush. But everyone was still getting wasted during their show.
never heard of this band before and it sounds really cool! and am from the grunge era heheheh even i was more into metal.

Was at this show, but we we're late and missed lush. I remember sod was thrown everywhere and Ministry got upset about it.
