Brandy is the bomb! She is so musical. She understands how to use her voice to capture the emotion of whatever song she sings.Her runs& licks are so tasteful and she knows where to put them, and they are out of this world! It is also funny that the "backup" is clearly her voice.She is SO good in the studio and the bgv's she lays down are always so sick, but when you put other people singing them,its no where near as precise even if they are great singers, so i think its wise she uses her voice

Not many singers sing from the heart anymore it seems. When I tune in to mainstream radio, a lot of what I hear now is NOISE. Just another singer with a voice. I can't even feel anyone's soul through the speakers. Sometimes it's horrible to the point where I'd rather hear silence.
