If done hakkar with 3 man yesterday, took us 9 mins to down him, i was the MT.

look on Armory: Taurayo :),

after that i did kara with 4 man, we downed horseman, moroes, maiden and opera :)

Scy was running ~2200 bonus healing and 210ish mp5 iirc. Mostly just badge stuff, crafted stuff and a few pieces of KZ stuff.

The hits I was taking weren't really that high, ranged from around 1500 to 2000 damage each, and I for the most part kept attumen disarmed, demo shout and thunder clap up. Also had around 50% avoidance, mongoose on the weapon, SSO aldor neck proc, commendation of kael'thas proc and a pocket watch, so my dodge alone could get as high as 60% if the RNG favored me.

Yeah I think I'm even more undergeared than your tank and we did it pretty easily as well. The changes are nice :D
