Toonami was so awesome it actually Un-Cancelled shows. It was directly responsible for the continuation of Sailor Moon and Zoids Chaotic Century, and if you consider that Adult Swim is the successor to Toonami Midnight Run, you could credit Family Guy and Futurama to it as well.

No it had nothing to do with that. After Dic finshed dubbing 65 episodes of Sailor Moon they basically gave up on Sailor Moon. About three years later Sailor Moon had become so popular on Toonami that Dic was convinced to dub the final 17 episodes of the second season. Those episodes were the lost episodes. It had nothing to do with content.

See the thing about it was that all they showed were the final episodes of the "R" season and eventually the S and SuperS season.
For this to be completely accurate it would have had to have been from 183-200 but that was part of the Stars season which never got shown here
