We use to get $1.01 tickets sponsored by the local radio station all the time to see these guys evey chanch we could. Great bar band and overall rock and roll band.

And Michael is as down to earth guy as you'll ever meet.

I always had a grudge against Springstein for becoming so famous when the MSB remained somewhat unpromoted. Their loss was our gain for sure. Thanks MIKE for all the great memories.

I saw this band in Oklahoma when they were on the Stagepass tour . Small place called the Boomer that held a couple hundred folks . They played the entire song set from the album and they were fantastic live. Jonah could light that guitar up ! Smoking performance that i'll always remember .

Yep, grew up in Cleveland where they were all over the map there and on the radio pretty much all the time. I remember the concerts by the lake when these guys would show up and fill the entire park.

Getting known out of Cleveland was a known issue for a lot of local bands there in that time. There was the whole bru ha ha about the Rock Hall of fame as I recall.

So we few fans get to enjoy a real rare band from a time long gone but not forgotten!

This was one of my favorite songs from that time ... that era. The feeling of that type of rock and roll is still with me, even though it is so old that it is unrecognizable. I(we) would sing about things that are incomprehensible to the youth of today. And the stylized version of instrumental bands that had great vocalists who actually said something that was so common then are gone forever, it seems. I have tried to listen to pop music, as it is today, and find myself unable.
