I have a flabby belly and a mommy pouch and I canèt seem to get a firmer belly so I will give this a try and I will let you know if I got any results with your workout
@DreamingAgent799 A good workout is 25 minutes for 3 days every week.Always change your excercises though. When you do the bisicle you don't need to hold it you do it just like she's doing. You can do that for 5 minutes.I would suggest run in place 5 mins then arm workout(nothing drastic the first 2 days you don't want tired arms) 5 mins then ab workout 5 mins then leg excersise 5 mins then run in place 5 mins. That's a total cardio workout.Running in place jogs your heart rate.
If you don't have a yoga mat, you can probably comfortable do these exercises on a carpet. Since you are just beginning, start off slowly - you don't want to over do it the first time! You will likely find it uncomfortable to do these exercises right after you've eaten but you don't necessarily have to wait 4 hours. If you've had a light meal or snack you shouldn't have a problem. Water intake - I'm really not a nutritional expert but keeping hydrated is important.

You must be pushing from the wrong bit. You're using your back to push yourself up while you should be rolling up your shoulders and using your stomach. Hope that helps
Sorry, I'm not sure why you have back pain when you do sit ups, etc. but it is not uncommon. I would not continue to try to do these type of exercises until you find out what causes the back pain. There may be alternative exercises you can do to strengthen your core without pain.
Hi Bronil18, sorry for the late reply, had to check with my sister Carmen to correctly answer your question. Carmen suggests that you ensure that your back is flat on the ground and to raise your legs higher. If your back still cracks when you do this, definitely remove the bicycle from your routine! Thanks for the question, Katie
@Bronii18 Your back cracks because it is getting rid of the tension and is furtherer straightening your back so this is perfectly normal, also when you do crunches you will feel your back cracking...
Great job!!!
