  • Well it probably takes a while practicing hip openers and many hip stretches. If I were you, and that was my goal, I'd do wide angle forward bend (Sit on the ground, with your legs in front of you spread as wide apart as they will go, and bend forward) make sure you bend forward with a straight back, bending from the hips NOT your back, this does almost nothing if you do it with your back, bend from the hips in every stretch.

  • I have the same thing. You have to find where in your left leg you are not as flexable. My left hip/buttcheeck is not as flexable as my right. You just have to work through it. If it HURTS then don't push it, and only you can know if you have a issue that needs a doctor or something. But most people have a leg/hip that is less flexable (mostly left cause most are right handed)I do martial arts,and my rear leg when I fight is my right leg, so I kick more with it, which made my left less felxable

  • Your body collapses to the left- you don't lengthen enough through the left side ribs- (before doing the pose I mean- when your just sitting)
