It is a type of food... made out of chickpeas or fava beans, shaped into balls and usually served in a pita with some sort of sauce/veggies/etc. :)

Just finished watching it like 5 minuets ago. I can't believe i knew about this film for so long, but always put it off! Don't be hesitant like i was, watch this as soon as you read this! An incredible film, that succeeds excellence in both a dark comedy level and a tragic drama level.
