my avalon dogs out when i have more then one person in the car, also that shitty GM transmission they put in them suck balls and randomy shift gears at different points and if never really consistant (on a flat road this occurs) so i just do the start in first then go into second when it hits 5400rpms (delayed shift while doing this so when you hit 6k ittl go) then in second top speed is 83-85 mph then go into D for drive and hit 118mph in no time... its fucking awsome for a buck knock off!
@TheNXGvideos My transmission is fine, and I don't think chevy and toyota share transmissions. The four speed was used in a lot of other toyota's at the time, i actually think its alot more responsive than many other 4 speeds ive driven.
Bro thats slow for a v6 my crx with a gsr swap gets 0-60 in like 5.7 sec...Lol i blow v8s out of the fucking water.....and i get 1/4 mile in like 13.38 sec.
that picks up about the same as my '97 grand marquis with 184xxx miles, weighs 4,300 pounds, and had 210hp brand new with a 4.6L SOHC and 2.73 differential. do the math, your is slowww
man i got 3 pugs and i golden retrever and i just got a giant sub from blimpie and just drove my stick scion xb 2008 i got a rip it energy drink for 1 dollor. im watching when i was 17 on mtv its about pitbull. my dad has a 1994 mustang gt 5.0. im sitting in a chair looking at a ugly pug thats cute. my house has ghost that go threw it all the time. i have a seventeen pink and some other color pillow under my arm. im 14 turning 15 tomarrow. i see a dog bead on the floor. thats about it. haha tv .
haha i have this same car and do that all the time! i've had mine to 130 it was pegged at 5 grand in 4th gear omg dude it was so unstable and it started to overheat don't try it at home lol
@idiotsawvfr5 mine also. these cars have a minor defect in the front strut support that causes it to be noisy. Mine just hit 215k and its starting to make quite a bit of noise from the suspension. I plan to replace all bushings, shocks, and the strut support.
1997 was the first year for the motor making 200hp. all below was only 190. Its not 210 hp stock. and you were rollin at 20 when u floored it so not technically a 0-60. And theres no performance difference in an XLS and the XL. Just a sunroof and leather, etc.. bells and whistles. But anyways nice video
