yes iPod touch has always been faster than iPhone and iPhone 3G. The new iPhone 3G S is finally as fast as the iPod touch.

The reason for this is because the cell radios made less room for them to put in RAM to make the device run faster.

you should've shown what it's like when you get to the next level of size because it does this whole weird screen fade-y thing which makes the iPhone 3G choke every single time and the framerate becomes pathetic. This is a real gameplay hinderance and I wanted to see if the 3GS fixes this, then it will be worth it to buy this game.
