You know that they sell Apple Cider Vinegar tablets, don't you? You can buy them at any health store...I take 2 per meal to lower my blood sugar and lose weight...no horrible taste!
The key is portion control not eating healthy. You can eat pretty much anything, but as long as you don't go overboard eating it you'll be fine. I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months. the last 6 due to exercise and cutting back on my portions. Also, I only eat until I'm full, not stuffed.
I know you've lost a lot of weight before, and so have I (sadly, I gained a lot back). Best solution is to eat home as much as you possibly can. You can never know the amount of oil they cook in in restaurants, and you don't have control over portions that way. The chocolate chip gives it a little flavor/sweetness, and chocolate is good for you :) And bananas are a super fruit! So good for you!

Noooooooo! Don't drink that Apple Cider Vinegar and don't drink it straight. You need to find the Bragg's Organic Apple Cider vinegar. It contains all the "good" stuff that is filtered out of most store bought vinegars. Also, mixing with with a little bit of water and honey or mixing it into low-sodium V8 is really good. Straight vinegar is rough and not that great on your teeth to drink straight all the time. Just a heads up! :)

I'm sure you know this, but make sure to drink a lot of water, get eight hours of sleep, and exercise along with eating healthy. get more of your fats from plants like almonds, olive oil, and avocados. In fact, reduce the meat intake to about one meal a day. That'll work the weight down. :)

I'd say that your worst habit is freaking out over what you eat. You can eat the calzone, you can eat birthday cake, you can eat whatever you want. You just need to A) control your portions and B) remember everything in moderation. As soon as you start thinking of a diet as "limiting" your options, you are going to sabotage your progress.
By the way, you are skinny already. Just thought you would like to be reminded of that.

If you eat small meals every two or three hours and drink a total of half your body weight in ounces of water a day, along with exercise of course, you'll notice a huge improvement. Plus you're pretty much easting all day and who doesn't love that?
u need to work out! cause it seems like ur food intake is not diet friendly lol working out is the only wayyyyyyy to shape ur body the way u want it :) eating healthy helps u lose only a little bit of weight but it wont help u to shape ur body the way u want it.. and no it wont make u gain muscles unless u do like crazy cardio work! it will tone u up :) so dont worry about it and start doing some exercise :DD love ur vids by the way!
I just started eating healthy too, I think the best thing to do is to just cut out all fast food (I used to eat a lot), and just stick to a daily amount of calories, or under it. Obviously this is what's working for me, may be different for everyone haha. But if you have an iPhone there's an app called myfitnesspal that helps you record all your food and exercise, that works awesome for me :D
i started drinking more water. i set a goal (certain amount of bottles/glasses a day and slowly added to that). then i started making sure i touched all food groups daily. i still ate my fast food, but i also added fruits/veggies and other things i wasnt already eating. this helped me substitute the bad for the good and got me into a good routine =)
Noooo that "no eating past so and so time" thing is a total wives tale!! unless you plan to go to sleep only a little bit after 9 oclock. but if you stay up late (late like... 12-1AM) your body has no food to run off of and thus begins to burn glycogen stores, which will eat away at your muscle mass and slowly lower your metabolism. So in the long run, you will gain weight if you don't eat shortly before sleeping.
I've had luck recently adding cayenne to my food at the beginning and end of the day. It seems to stimulate my metabolism and adds a nice kick to healthy options that may be somewhat bland. I would dilute that vinegar, though, lol.

I'm sure you know this, but make sure to drink a lot of water, get eight hours of sleep, and exercise along with eating healthy. get more of your fats from plants like almonds, olive oil, and avocados. In fact, reduce the meat intake to about one meal a day. That'll work the weight down. :)

Though I really don't think you need to lose weight, have you ever considered weight watchers? It's so much easier and you can eat a lot of your fav foods including desserts and you don't have to drink apple cider vinegar...

You're supposed to dilute it in a cup of water, it's terrible for your throat and teeth if you drink it without diluting it.
Diluting it in ice tea is what made it bearable for me, not hot tea, hot liquids make it less effective.

I'd say that your worst habit is freaking out over what you eat. You can eat the calzone, you can eat birthday cake, you can eat whatever you want. You just need to A) control your portions and B) remember everything in moderation. As soon as you start thinking of a diet as "limiting" your options, you are going to sabotage your progress.
By the way, you are skinny already. Just thought you would like to be reminded of that.

I don't know about it increasing metabolism, but I know apple cider vinegar is a terrific hangover cure.
Disclaimer: For use only on those mornings where it really truly seems like death is a better option than getting out of bed.

If you eat small meals every two or three hours and drink a total of half your body weight in ounces of water a day, along with exercise of course, you'll notice a huge improvement. Plus you're pretty much easting all day and who doesn't love that?

u need to work out! cause it seems like ur food intake is not diet friendly lol working out is the only wayyyyyyy to shape ur body the way u want it :) eating healthy helps u lose only a little bit of weight but it wont help u to shape ur body the way u want it.. and no it wont make u gain muscles unless u do like crazy cardio work! it will tone u up :) so dont worry about it and start doing some exercise :DD love ur vids by the way!

I just started eating healthy too, I think the best thing to do is to just cut out all fast food (I used to eat a lot), and just stick to a daily amount of calories, or under it. Obviously this is what's working for me, may be different for everyone haha. But if you have an iPhone there's an app called myfitnesspal that helps you record all your food and exercise, that works awesome for me :D

what i did when i started eating healthier is;
i started drinking more water. i set a goal (certain amount of bottles/glasses a day and slowly added to that). then i started making sure i touched all food groups daily. i still ate my fast food, but i also added fruits/veggies and other things i wasnt already eating. this helped me substitute the bad for the good and got me into a good routine =)

Noooo that "no eating past so and so time" thing is a total wives tale!! unless you plan to go to sleep only a little bit after 9 oclock. but if you stay up late (late like... 12-1AM) your body has no food to run off of and thus begins to burn glycogen stores, which will eat away at your muscle mass and slowly lower your metabolism. So in the long run, you will gain weight if you don't eat shortly before sleeping.

I've had luck recently adding cayenne to my food at the beginning and end of the day. It seems to stimulate my metabolism and adds a nice kick to healthy options that may be somewhat bland. I would dilute that vinegar, though, lol.
