Where is the 1/4 time? How many gs does it have in the slalom? How are the breaks, the suspension? All modern cars get you from point A to point B reliably. Why would one buy this car besides an inflated reputation by Toyota fanboys?
Transitions and edits between scenes were too short, they should be at least three seconds long, otherwise the person watching the video will have to stop it again and again to see the car. Frustrating. In addition, lose the southern accent it takes away from the content of the video, it is distracting.
Base retail; $27-K, R u kidding me?! I love Camries and had one myself for 6 years and I love the look of the new Camry, but considering what the competition is offering now for much less, I'd think twice about it.
Well built car....yes, reliable....yes, 268 bhp....great for a V6 that's from Toyota....yes,....but 0-60 in 5.7s??? Don't get too happy. I've driven a V6 Camry and it's not even anywhere close! Nothing wrong with the car but 268 is just not enough to push such body that fast. BMW gets that kind of performance with a 306 bhp engine in a lighter car, more gears and better aerodynamics!
@Verification11 Hahahahaha, but it was a 2007 Camry with a V6. Maybe it wasn't in a good condition. It was smooth, though. So I don't know what it could be!
About recall its propaganda mostly I had ford before it Gas talk blew off can you imagine while you driving yes sir it happened with me in 1999 in summer in Arizona with my 2 years old car; I made complaints no one cared about it; later bough Sebring 04 in 2007 car transmission went down on 38k miles.
So you tell me which car I should rely on I have Camry 07 has 52k miles on it I just do schedule service & oil change still runs without issue.
You have to be an idiot to buy Toyota now. Not only because of all the problems and recalls, it's because Hyundai is cheaper and BETTER than any Toyota.
The V6 is hella fast.. I got smoked by one on the freeway last night.. in my 06 Si.. LoL there was nothing i could do trust me. LOL i was like DAM!!!!!
I wonder how the Toyota Camry is with a manual transmission? On their website, it shows it can be had with one but I can never find one at a dealership. :(
Love my 2008 toyota Camry LE, it rides nice and smoth it get better gas Mileage than my old maxima, its roomier than my dad honda Civic Hybrid, and no more breaking down on me. the Cons about the car is there bunch of idiots driver in my town and I live in Phoenix.
i have a V6 07 LE with sunroof, alu rim, and bluetooth (sucks). But the car itself is very very good, typical toyota. I speed from 0 to 60 in less than 6 sec, got couple speeding ticket already. in my opinion, it is not needed to have 258hp, 3.5L engine. but the v4 is little slow (owned previous gen 2004 LE V4), i say how about a 3.0 200HP. overall, great car, got power u need, great mpg, even though v6, i got 30mpg 90% highway. i paid 27000. if u shooping for family sedan, camry is the one.
v4, i mean purely on the HP, i purely mean the engine only, you can have all available options you want, just more cash out.
also, just a just update, i used to put 40 miles per day on my v6 camry...since i don't want to kill it, I recently bought a Honda civic, not the SI. again, this prove a v4 2.4L engine should be fine enough as my v6 camry is too much power and the civic is little too less power
I LOVVVEmy Camry ! Smooth ride, roomy, quiet , Reliable and good on gas mileage - can't go wrong with a camry ! Plus I save a lot of money on not having to take it to a mechanic. Go Camry !
what the hell are they talking about a toster, that car totally looks better than a lot of its competition and drives much like a luxury car. Of course if your looking for a sports car you wouldn't go for a Camry (though it can still go faster than a lot of sub sports car wanna be); but it's certainly not a car without passion. Just because its a sensible buy doesnt mean it doesnt have styling and fun handling thats up to the driver. for all I know any car can be exciting.

Sadly, all of the people in this video died after filming stopped as they drove off at a rapid rate into the side of a semi.

Same here. People opt for the automatic. Remember manual is nice and fun, but in traffic(where most Camrys will be) it will be a pain in the ass!!!

It's called an I4.. inline four. That was the point I was trying to make. Layout of the cylinders is in a line, "I" shaped, not a "V"
oomindwarpoo 2 years ago
i don't really no all these "I", or "V", but anyway thanks for making the meaning understandable as there are car- xp and noo car xp.
