Jax is a classic Mk fighter that can whoop ass ,true MK fans like Jax wanna be or DC fans dont. I think this was a silly idea as it just put a major dent on MK and alot more then after they changed from 2d. The new MK shows how much better it is with the classics and on a 2d playing field. Best MK's ever MK1,MK2,MK3,UMK3,MKT and the new Mortal Kombat 2011. The others just suck hard

In the realm of MK it doesnt matter who's stronger period. Who cares how they explain Superman. they dont explain how a human being (Kano, Sonya, Cage) could survive a fight with a God (Raiden) or a Sorcerer (Shang Tsung, Shao Khan) yet they do it and nobody questions it. All characters in MK games are always more or less equal why should Superman be an exception. If sonya can defeat a 10,000 year old thunder god(Raiden) and a hellspawn (Scorpion) she can beat Superman.
