  • ok google and read about MSM which is a natural occurring substance of various food products. Processed food doesn't no longer has MSM which is why this is so important. It's still being studied in gout trials, a byproduct of DMSO. I've taken 2 1000mg of MSM just last night and feel much better today. it allows for RA and gouty to move more freely.

  • This video presentation shows exactly how serious this illness is! I find that there is a very serious lack of proper information and misconceptions about the treatment of gout. The medical profession would have you believe that you should control it with diet and take propriety medication such as allopurinol (richkid89). The truth is that gout can be curable but not only by diet as only 15% of uric acid in your body comes from the food you eat. The remedy is in a few natural sources.

  • Great gout video. People really do need to understand that gout is a serious condition. I think that many people get the attacks and they go away again, so people think the gout has gone. If only they knew!

  • Nice video, but my doctor told me to start drinking the Montmorency tart cherry juice concentrate for my gout. I must say it has really helped since I have been without a gout attack for the past six months. I like the Traverse Bay Farms videos on cherry juice, check them out.

  • yeow

  • Im having a gout attack now. Is it common to have it in my ankle and or achilles tendon?

  • I'm a ballroom dance teacher, so when I get a gout attack, I have to suck it up, and dance.....now that's pain!!! try a table spoon of baking soda in water in the morning , and before bed, the baking soda will balance your body PH. don't over do it with the baking soda, it can cause other problems. this works well for me.

  • drink plenty of water, stay away from red meat, and shell fish. for acute attacks drink an once of tart cherry juice every 2 hours. rub some DMSO on the joint, this work miracles!!! Gout is excess uric acid in the joints, so eat plenty of fruits, and veg, this will balance your PH levels.

  • allopurinol is the miracle

  • @Schutz89 also too i've heard that once you start allopurinol, you have to stay on it, prevent gout in the first place. If you feel it coming on, drink lots of water and concentrated Cherry Juice. Naproxen also helped too.
