No it doesn't work. You are one person. You cannot extrapolate the success of a system from the success of one immigrant, or in fact even hundreds. That is known as the fallacy of insufficient sampling.

Multiculturalism comes at a huge cost to the host culture. Consider: what would Iraq be, what would Iraqi culture be, if over the next 30 years millions of white people moved there and became the majority? What was Iraq would be gone.

There is a simple solution to this problem. Deport every immigrant who breaks the law of the country to which they have immigrated to and check the bacground of every immigrant. It's not a question of racism but that of trust. You have to earn the trust of the country/culture you want to be a part of and not the other way around.
