To answer your question, it is 85 ft to the crows nest, 100 ft to the deck and about 120 ft to the bottom. I have over 100 dives loges there. I have been able to free dive to the deck.
The Bibb is her sister ship, same 325 ft ship, but when she went down, she landed on her side in about 150 ft of water.
awesome, what kind of video equipment do you use? I've taken some video recently with my olympus s500 camera... it's ok, but it is really blue on deep dives and would like to upgrade to get videos like this! Thanks!
very nice video. I'm going down to the Keys next week and am going to dive the Duane and Eagle, as well as spend some time on Looe Key Reef (I'll be staying in Big Pine). I'm looking forward to diving these two wrecks, I've heard a lot of good things about them.
Nice to see more young divers! I started out quite young as well :) Just make sure not to grab on to reefs and chase around animals, and you'll do just fine! :D
I Really Really want scuba diving to become my life im fascinated by the ocean (yet im terrified lol) but im only 15 could you recomend any careers to chase to get into the ocean buisness? i have been scuba plenty with my dad and im getting my PADI in Ireland next year on an ireland Peninsula. My Ultimate dream is to cage dive with a great white. some people say im stupid but this would be my dream come true.
I'd say get to a Divemaster cert. level and you can start working at Divecentres around the globe. I'm from Sweden and here you quite often see Divemasters working in Diveshops and taking people for smaller excursions during summer (and sometimes winter). So yeah... Dive a lot, talk to people and make lots of friends and you'll get opportunities! Oh yeah btw... Cage diving with White Sharks is not a stupid dream at all!
SOmeday I wanna explore a real one.
