He's probably not pausing in his speech because he's comfortable in his environment. He doesn't like hollywood, so maybe he's just pissed off most of the time.

Besides, he is in paris (close to his home), and that premiere doesn't have a million screaming fangirls like the one in London. He's probably more comfortable here. xD
