Also, this was about the time that Sarah thought that Reva's story about being raped and the child of the rape, Dylan (not, yet known), was fathered was Billy (so, she thought Billy might be a rapist.
@TheWhatsinaname But what Sarah did not realize was that Reva had made the whole rape story up to sort of save face around her mother (although for time Reva said that story so much, she started to believe it). In actuality, Billy was the father of the child (Dylan) of one-night tryst with Reva (another reason with Reva's new marriage to Josh, she should have been concerned with any closeness between Reva and Billy).
why did sarah have a problem with billy during this time?

@TheWhatsinaname So, in some respects this storyline had almost more to do with Dylan learning who he was than about either Reva or Billy.
