animation has nothing to do with equations for force, inertia, and gravity...U make it sound like u just plug in numbers and the computer makes it for you...

Why are the gravity and inertia models wrong? What is it with computer animation these days, and totally unrealistic gravity and inertia models? Why make all that effort to produce these models, when they don't move realistically? In order to make them NOT move realistically, some douchebag had to take the normal equations for force, inertia, etc. and muck them up - why?
