Put a filter (none of that K+N garbage) in the shaker and connect it directly to the throttle body. Done.
Yes, using the hood allows for a clean engine compartment so other system can be upgraded without giving up on your ram air. Whoa! Most systems like this just scoop air over to the air box. I had no idea this was going to be a hood completely designed to have integral capability to channel air to the box. Pretty high speed.
