  • Creationist science.... one of the great oxymorons of our time. Young Earth Evangelical Christians may display incredible levels of ignorance when it comes to scientific research, but their model making skills are awesome. The Creation Museum stands as a monument to religious delusion and the retarding effect it has on the development of mankind.

  • i read these comments and notice now willingly ignorant atheists/evolutionist can be it's really sad. i don't expect them to understand because they have never really studied the bible to know where all the water came from how and what animals were in the ark. if folks only do some research you will see how it all makes sense. the bible has always kept the same record; science (so called) on the other had changes it's text book ever few years.

  • @Gamatek There's tons of atheists who once were religious and studied the Bible thoroughly yet found evidence in the world around them that changed their minds. There are plenty of religious individuals who believe in evolution because they recognize the facts behind it. I have no issue with personal religion but I have an issue with ignoring the evidence of evolution. Textbooks are updated because we learn new things. The Bible stays the same as it ignores all of that.

  • @hokuboku take a look at my video section at the age of the earth, the universal flood etc.. let me know if it is unscientific.

  • @Gamatek All of your videos are from one source: Amazing Discoveries. From their own website: "We are committed to sharing the truth about God and His promises. Amazing Discoveries™ began as a way for us to further spread this truth."

A source like that may be interesting but it is inherently biased. The only thing they cite in most of the articles on their site is the Bible. Most scientific articles are based on years of research, peer reviews and/or years of supporting evidence.

  • @hokuboku the peer review that you talk about are, to the best of my knowledge, are folks that all believe the same thing and would reject that which is not in line with the evolutionary position.. and i know you didn't watch the video because they are not all from the same site. watch the one from the young age of the earth and you will see scientific findings that lines up with the bible being rejected by peer review even though the guy proved it scientifically.

  • @Gamatek Peer review is a process used for checking the work performed by one's equals (peers) to ensure it meets specific criteria. Other individuals in the author's field critically assess the findings presented. They don't necessarily believe the same things. They merely reject findings that don't hold up.

The "Young Age of the Earth" video you mention has been criticized by even those of the same faith as him

  • @Gamatek Yes your videos are unscientific. Geologist knew the earth was millions of years old over 200 years ago.

  • @Gamatek Dr. Robert V. Gentry is not scientific in his conclusions. He can't explain halos so he says Gawd dunit that way'. He did not prove the rocks were young.'

  • @Gamatek Yes, your stone age book is 2000 years out of date and science keeps discovering new thing. 200 years ago they found out there was no global flood.

  • @Gamatek OK mr. expert. Which fish died, the saltwater fish in the rain or the fresh water fish washed into the salty oceans? Or did they all die in the muddy water?

What did they eat when they got off the boat, everything was covered in mud and dead bodies.

Why is there no evidence for a flood?

  • How sad atheists popping in to mock i hope and pray maybe the penny will drop and you will come to jesus and change your out look and also read up on Noah's ark from Answers and others they explain quite well its kind of animals not two of every animal and many where only the size of sheep.

  • @lv4ev5 I'm not quite sure exactly what you're trying to tell me but I can assure you that my viewpoint isn't from a lack of reading. In fact, reading is what sort of lead to me challenging what this museum puts forth as fact. Elephants and giraffes did not survive a flood 6,000 years ago by secretly being the size of sheep. The museum even says dinosaurs were on the Ark and the T-Rex was a pretty big fella.

  • Oh Come on! TV on Noah's Ark?? Do they think we'll just swallow anything? lol

  • belief in this is basically a shortcut to thinking.

  • @shamen71 I would say a shortcut but in the wrong direction.

  • my gawd how morbid can u get?

  • Not even a fraction of all kinds of insects would fit in there...

  • There well produced dioramas

P.S. it took about 150 years to built. I've seen a couple of men build a house in 3 months - how much could they build in a 100 years.

  • Who goes to the creation museum and just makes fun of stuff? Really man? You are in a place to learn about God and all the wonderful things he has done and your going to act like a little boy? Grow up please and read your bible act like a man. God Bless

  • @ghosthunter5656 Your comment is full of assumptions. First and foremost, I'm a woman. My profile clearly indicates that. The narration is provided by someone else. Secondly, you assume I went in to make fun of stuff. I went in with an open mind. However, there's nothing factual presented in that museum. Lastly, many who are religious do not believe in everything the Creationists present as fact. There's also many different versions of the Bible to read.

  • @ghosthunter565

Reading the Bible and acting accordingly would mean we should take this unruly person to the edge of town, denounce her blasphemy (the one and only unforgivable sin) and stone her to death. This kind of "blessing" we don't need.

  • @ghosthunter5656 actually, plenty of people go into that place to make fun of it. People believe lots of stupid things, and the creation museum is a treasure trove of many of those stupid things.

  • @ghosthunter5656 You think that a global flood is a good thing? How wonderfully shallow. Have you considered just exactly how impotent this particular deity must be then? Creates the universe in 6 days.....has to use the kludge of a flood to whack his targets? A layer of a shit load of dead humans and dinosaurs still running about would've gone a long way to provide credibility. Except of course, this is a myth and has been proven so for a long, long time.

  • @NorthForkFisherman Has it ? or is it you just follow the crowd in fact there is tons of evidence of a global flood from physical like the sea creature fossils etc in the andes signs of sudden death and the multitude of flood legends all over the world. On Dinosaurs there is the legend of Dragons as well as the images of long neck water "Dinosaurs" on the Ishtar gate and many others where did the inspiration come from?go out and check don't just except the worldview that is what i did for years.

  • @lv4ev5 Flood legends come from agarian peoples living on floodplains. Of course they have stoires. The real surprise would be if they didn't. If you really want to examine the flood myth for what it is, don't look at folktales. Otherwise, you would be looking for Paul Buyan. Look at what the chemistry and physics of the rocks themselves tell you. From one formation alone I can falsify Noah's flood. Just simple college level chem and math.

  • 2 of every kind of creature is different from 2 of every creature. You wouldnt expect 2 of every kind of dog for example

  • ...So where did all the water come from and where did it go afterwards? This whole thing is scientifically impossible and shouldn't be taken too literally. Dinosaurs didn't live with people, either. That's just silly. You can't justify the bible with science.

  • this is a story about the past of this planet...it maybe or maybe not true...but there was facts it had happened..use ur brain logics..it determines how 'smart' u are...

  • @salinasarip Brain logics? You're a moron. Do not pass "go", Do not collect 200 dollars. You fail at internets and subsequently life. Kill yourself you worthless meatbag.

  • I often wonder why christians celebrate the story of yahweh going on the largest murdering rampage in the history of this planet. Shouldn't this be a story that christians try to cover up. It really is good thing all is this is just made up. Can you imagine how awful it would be if this psychopath actually existed. Scary.

  • @ndavisaa I wonder why they can't see just exactly how impotent this particular deity is? Creates the entire universe in 6 days, sends a flood to wipeout all terrestrial life? Smokes all the first born of Egypt for Moses, obliterates plants and animals that can't sin? Destroys Sodom and Gommorah; leaves sediments and features in place that directly contradict the flood. What's really crazy is how mad fundies get when you point these facts out to them.

  • this is the best scientific explanation how we got to today's world. i'm impressed !

  • do they explain how it could rain 30 feet-per-hour for the water to cover mount everest? or how a wooden boat could sustain that much rain pounding on it for 960 hours straight? or how all the animals and people survived living at 30,000 feet?

how ironic is it kentucky slashed public school funding, while granting millions in tax dollars for a "creation" museum that will "create" 900 minimum wage jobs?

  • yeah it looks big... but do they actually expect for all the species on earth to fit in there??? #fail

  • I like how the walkways are only big enough for cows.

  • Lmao. Is this the ancient biblical version of the Super Star Destroyer from Star Wars?

  • I'm not that big of a fan of how they made the ocean/water. Maybe it's the color or something.

  • Time out! Where are all the dinosaurs being lead into the arc? I mean... according to the fundamentalists... humans, and dinosaurs lived at the same time... FAIL ON REALISM!!! lol

  • ITS TO SMALL! No Windows? What about the different types of fish? plants? anything that cannot survive in anything else but a very specific environment?

WHAT ABOUT LOGIC? It did not happen, fucking retards. Yes, if you believe in Noah's Ark, you are fucking r e t a r d e d.

  • 2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the 2Pe 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

2Pe 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

2Pe 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

  • @carolinelandon So the flood is a scientific fact because the epistle writer believed it - or at least used it as an illustration- as a way to condemn people who did not agree with his interpretation of the Bible?

  • Try reading and listening next time you are there. I know this may frighten you, but learning something that changes your belief is ok. Truth is good.

  • @unicorn1112 Thanks for posting the same comment twice on two of my videos. Quick question since you want to edify me: unicorns, real or not real?

  • @hokuboku lol what

  • @unicorn1112 There is nothing there even remotely trying to change anyone's beliefs. It is all there to simply reinforce, with misdirection, already held beliefs.

There are dozens of allusions to the lie of evolution within this "museum"... and how it is a "theory." This demonstrates severe ignorance, a blatant misunderstanding of the english language, and misdirection. Science has witnessed and documented both macro and micro evolution within the last 20 years

  • So lets say that he could fit two of every animal from around the world (without knowing how on earth he managed that). What about the grazing grounds for the animals, or the food, or the living quarters for him? Also there are no sails, how did the boat move?

  • @Hunt8rJob Shh, don't try to bring logic into this.

  • Comment removed

  • @Hunt8rJob

Its not supposed to sail ,just stay afloat until the flood subsided. They brought their own food for 40 days and nights. Even a man can go round40 days without food. Sorry, that parts not too hard to believe. BTW the ark was huge!! Took Noah 500 years to build, I think.

  • What a complete waste of time and money.. it's just.. mind boggling to say the least

  • Dinosuars on the Ark ... ROTFLMFBO ... hey christians just in case you missed the point, The Flintstones was a cartoon, not a freakin documentary.

  • Hmm kinda cool! Where is the atheist, Muslim, buddhist, Jewish etc museums

  • oh snap, delicious humans!

  • HAHAHA I thought this place was a joke!

  • Wow, Creationists are stupid. I have a feeling I could sell them swampland if I pointed to a page in the Bible and told them it was mentioned there.

  • Noah laughing at the fat people-no fatties on the ark-classic

  • I like the dead people

  • well just you wait until 86% o f america has seen the full size ark....see who laugh's last......

  • I love how the Ark would have been unseaworthy and would have been torn apart shortly after setting sail. Creationists at their best, they can't even build a boat right.

  • Nice Ark, but it shows lot of trees around. Where did Noah get all the wood?

  • oh my god your creationist museum videos made me laugh thank you lol

  • @Gerbillfury3 I'm so glad you enjoyed them!

  • Wow, Noah's a douche. Fuck that guy. I hope he gets AIDS and dies.

  • @reggimaksthscene he's already dead you stupid shit!
