I must admit I'm a bit slow to let Maiden songs in. They grow on me. Dance of Death is still "new" to me. But I don't like the new album, it has no good choruses, good riffs...sure, it's quality music but so is opera and I don't like it. Music should be FUN. If we're talking about overproduced and over-the-top albums, Chinese Democracy is better. It's complicated too, but has two great songs, This I Love, and Street of Dreams. This album doesn't have a song you wish to hear again. It's torture.

Iron Maiden is without a doubt one of the they bands I really, REALLY, like to see live today. I get shivers down my spine only thinking about standing in a big audience with thousands and thousands of people around me singing along with Fear of the Dark, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Blood Brothers, The Prisoner, Dance of Death, Afriand to Shoot Strangers, Rainmaker, Aces High or basically any awesome Iron Maiden track.
