He loved her too. They were together from 1958 to 68. She was with him when he was an average guy without a cent to his name and loved him and he loved her and if the fame didn't happen they would still be together today. I think fame destroys people in general. She said when they were dating they were together everyday for two years before all the fame hit. And he said he wanted to marry her and she said he didn't have too. He really loved her then; the drugs destroyed their relationship.

Cynthia loved John for who he was. She cared for him deeply. She was just beginning to re-establish a friendly relationship with him before his death. I think, if Yoko had just left John alone, things would have turned out differently.

Yes Cynthia still luvs John, you can tell that so much. ... John's main problem was from childhood, he never felt the luv of a father, read the book Cyntrhia wrote and you'll understand a lot more. But to marry a guy to give a son a father figure, doesn't always work .... John did luv Julian more than what he actually showed, he just didn't know how to luv him, not experiencing it himself as a child ...

Yoko didnt break up the Beatles*paul wanted2 b the boss after brian died, john wanted 2do different thigns with yoko,george wanted to play HIS songs&ringo wanted every1 to stop fighting* she DID caused tension, however she did break up John&Cyn,obsessivly found her way in2 his life.

I just think things would of ended differently if he stayed with Cyn she loved him no matter what&Yoko fed on his insecurities&controlled his every move

I am not really sure that Cynthia tried to influence the people with her book. She also wrote that he could be a very nice guy, a guy with lots of problems. I think that she never hated him. There is respect.

And I am sure John did NOT marry her because she was pregnant. He loved Cyn when they met.

@SgtOBrien I read Cyn book. Really she is VERY kind to John in the book, far more then most first wifes. She just told her side, told her relationship and what happened. Cyn knew John in ways Yoko never could....when John was unknown, strugleing, hopeful and in love with Miss Cynthia Powell, Later Lennon
