I personally loved Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness and Pokemon Colosseum. It had story plot and something else to do besides the same old story of, run around the country, capturing pokemon, and be a pokemon champion and save the world by capturing a legendary while you're at it. It was a rut that got pretty boring, I love pokemon but needs to do something else for a change. And that change was with Colosseum and Gale of Darkness. :3 but that's IMO.

I think this is was a good branch from the normal, epic pounding final battle music. To me, it shows how fearless you are when fighting him. You already beat his ultimate weapon, shadow lugia, you pretty much have Cipher in a corner, and ready to shut em down for good. That and I love the drums to this.

Something really lucky for me during this fight- I used my Walrein's Ice Beam on his Exeggutor. It was left with ONE health after a critical hit. Then it was FROZEN at the same time. so I decided right there that i just throw an ultra ball. It worked FIRST TRY. LUCKIEST. THING. EVER.

The guy raises a kid to summon a legendary to remove everyone's Pokemon so he can take over the world since nobody would be able to go up against him. And the kid is absolutely insane to boot, and even uses a legendary against you. Plasma, Cipher, and Galactic come frighteningly close to their goals (Rocket kind of achieves it. You just break them up)

Pokemon Gale of Darkness is a very underrated Pokemon game. In my opinion, it was a huge improvement over the previous game, Pokemon Colosseum.

In Gale of Darkness, you have to catch and purify over 80 shadow pokemon while in Colosseum there were only about 40. Also, in Colosseum, each trainer you battled only carried 1 shadow pokemon each while in Gale of Darkness, they can carry up to a full team of 6 shadow pokemon! In colosseum, there was only 1 shadow pokemon attack you can use, shadow rush. But in Gale of Darkness, there are dozens of shadow attacks you can use! Like I said, Gale of Darkness was a HUGE improvement over Colosseum!
