All this will do is hinder research on how to grow them in captivity and reintroduce them into the ocean. Placing them on the endangered list will do absolutely NOTHING to save them since it fails to address the issues that are actually killing them. When it's gone it was supposed to be gone but yet we still find bleached out corals all over for sale. Encourage captive bred propogation farms by only buying from these locations.

The American government should sponsor closed system propagation of these organisms from fragmentation and promote the secore project.
out of service satellites containing chemicals so dangerous, that they need to be be shot down with nuclear warehead carrying rockets, all shot up into the sky so that everybody in the world can see.

maybe all the waste that people dump into the oceans killed it,
chemicals, oil, nuclear waste, depleted uranimium.
