Lets first start off with, if they guy walked into my office for a job interview looking like this he wouldn't be hired. If the person is sloppy, their work is sloppy. Get a haircut and style it back with mousse, brylcream groom n clean, whatever. Button up the jacket. Although spread collar shirts are the "in" thing right now they are very unflattering. Stick with a narrow spread collar. The tie is too wide, also you can add subtle color to the outfit with your tie.

Doesnt need to be tailored. Thats shit. BUT THE FIT IS IMPORTANT. If u have a normal good slim body, u can get away with a cheap suit and make it look real good if u just make it fit well.
