I believe the Reverend is actually Reverend Al Sharpton. The Boule Society goes back to the slave mentality of the House Slave and the Field Slave. To keep a group of people enslaved a few must be elevated to a certain status. The Boule are like the House Slaves. They (the ten percent) keep the rest of the ninety percent down.
