  • I liked the Loreal True Match foundation for one reason it goes on really well and is blend able, but I wasn't happy with the color, I am a very fair/pale skinned Caucasian person, and I got the lightest color they have and it was WAY too dark for my milky white skin, the foundation was way too orange/yellow so I was really unhappy about that part, if they would just make like a white foundation, that would be better. its a good foundation, but it didn't match my skin tone at all.

  • @maleficentdiva Yeah, I have the same issue. ESPECIALLY when it comes to things like concealers/highlighters. I have yet to find a drugstore brand that works for how pale I am. :(

  • someone PLEASE HELP ME: After some research I found out there are two trumatch foundations from l'oreal. the one is with a "pump" and the other is just the bottle, just like the one in this video.. can somebody tell me if there is a difference between them and what the differences are? except for the bottles lol.. thanks! :)

  • @FinallyFriday4 Odds are the bottled one is more creamy, and less liquidy than the one in the bottle.

  • I have oilyish skin...do u think this would make me really oily at the end of the day?

  • Hi, could you help me please? I am asian also, I would like to know if N2 is more yellow or pinky? I'm from Brazil and we don't have this product here... I would ask for someone to buy to me, but I don't know the ideal shade for me...

Nude from Maybelline Dream liquid mousse and sand beige from Revlon's colorstay are perfect to me...

  • I've never worn foundation on my face before (just blush) as I have really nice, clear skin by itself, but I bought some of this for Halloween and though I used only a small amount (in my opinion) I could still see the layer of it on my skin - does all foundation do this or do I need to use even less? I only used like a small dab on my forehead, cheeks, chin and nose, and used a brush to blend. Is there something I can do differently?

  • Thanks for the review, I found it helpful and actually pretty accurate :) I just bought a bottle yesterday in shade n2 and it's perfect! Definitely gonna use it for picture day soon (:

  • Does it clogg your pores? Does it give you blackheads? Does it look cakey?

  • i just bought two of these in a C6 , i use Revlon Colorstay...but when i went in Dollar Tree to the cosmetics isle and saw that they were selling L'Oreal True Match for only $1.00...YES ladies $1.00 i could not leave without one, and i am now looking it up on youtube and im loving what im hearing!

  • I like the way this foundationn iss matches my skin then after a while it oxidizes :(

  • Dita von teese uses this product in N1

  • I find that it is dry and patchy too!! What can I do about that??

  • @flybirdyfly2010 try using a facial scrub (like St. Ives Apricot Scrub) every week to get rid of dead skin on the surface.. hope this helps!

  • I FUCKING LOVE THIS FOUNDATION!

  • I use the makeup on a reg. basis. I think it's a really good choice if you don't want to use MAC liquids.

  • you can try an exfoliater to help with the patches.. but the foundation is awesome and will glide over the skin

  • do you like this better or revlon colourstay?

  • Thanks for the info! I will try this foundation!

  • I LOVE their concealer! they have the only kind that doesnt turn bright yellow on me, i found our im in the cool shades and that I need a bit of pink in my makeup, I also use the foundation alot (and I dont wear foundation alot because most feels to heavy or are to yellow or they dont cover well, its also good that it has no oil because my skin is very oily)

  • i just bought this foundation, but im wondering: do they hgave the same selection in pressed powder in the same range of shades?

    im a VERY light color.

  • @TheKls2010 yes they have matching powder as well.. just follow the number and letter of the foundation you are using to find the right pressed powder shade for you

  • Actual review starts at 0:46.

  • I know it's oil free, but throughout the day, did it seem like your face got oily or was it still ok?

  • I got it for 2.99 dollars at Cvs 'cause they had some salee & i absolutely love it, its easyto apply and it is not cakey at all and i have a couple of black heads around my

  • How much is it?

  • @memyself2234 $11-$13

  • @memyself2234 $7 at walmart

  • are shade N's a darker shade than you have?

  • @BeautifyingTV yeah for the most part they are... ^_^

  • Hey hun, so I've tried out the foundation about 3 times since purchasing it - I *love* how light weight it is and how easily it blends in. It's also really buildable which is fantastic. The only thing I'm noticing is that it seems to cake a little bit which kind of sucks, but I can usually cover it up with powder. I wonder if it's because I have combination skin (even though I moisturize twice daily). Also maybe it won't cake as much if I use a brush, hmm lol xoxo

  • have you tried the compact foundation yet.. is it any good.. from loreals true match.. thanks

  • Thank you so much for this video!! I picked up one today and I'm excited to open it hehe. You seem really sweet and down to earth :) xo

  • @crazygrrl111 let me know how you like it sweety

  • thanks for the review i loved the foundation but didn't get the right shade any ideas i'm usually a mary kay 204 to mary kay 300 if anyone knows let me know plz..

  • how do we know if we fit the warm, cool, or neutrals lol.. i'm lost

  • @paulababe1985 at the drug store there is a transparent card with different shades so you just put your hand under it and until the color disappears, thats your skin color

  • ur pretty and ur make up looks amazing!!

  • thanks for the rewiew, it was really helpful. how long does it stay on and still look good?

  • @gingeroxy i'd give it about half a day.. i have oily-normal skin so by the end of the day it doesn't look too great, so if you have my kind of skin, i would recommend touching up with a matte powder

  • how can you find your shade?

  • @prettymakeup12 i found my shade by just eyeing the colors and making a good guess.. but if you find a wrong shade you can return it or exchange it

  • @eyeshadowmaniac thanks i'm going to try it lol wish me luck:D

  • @prettymakeup12 good luck and let me know how it goes!

  • @eyeshadowmaniac well i finally got it and it went pretty good got a little tan so i kinda look orangyish brown lol thnks for the help

  • @prettymakeup12 ok i will lol it dosen't make up break up have it

  • What kind of coverage would you say this foundation gives? Sheer? Medium? Alot of coverage? Buildable? please reply, thanks!

  • @itsjennybiatchhx3 it's a light to medium coverage according to their statements but i find it to be around medium to full.. it's not exactly buildable - revlon colorstay foundation is buildable however

  • What NC/NW number are you cos I really want to get this foundation :)

  • here in peru its waay more expensive, like 30 dollares. but its worthy!

  • @AnaSilvana yes i love the foundation and i've been using it for a long time, even though it's expensive for you, i think it's worth it as well!

  • Would you say this foundation is good for taking pictures (wedding pictures)? Or would it have that white cast effect? If so can you recommend a drugstore and/or high end foundation that wont?

  • @23Crysti yeah actually it does come on lighter on camera.. so does MAC i hear.. I've noticed that Revlon Colorstay doesn't seem to appear a lot lighter in pics! hope this helps ^_^

  • i love this stuff i have sensitive skin that breaks out to anything!! and this is the bomb! =] and it makes my skin look more even, and more natural. not too much just right =] also its oil free which is fantastic!!!

  • have you tried their true match concealer?? if u haven't, can i ask if u try it and make a review about it? i have the true match foundation and i'm really wondering if their concealer works just as well as the foundation. thx!

  • @mikid181 i've purchased it in the past and never used it and ended up giving it away to my sister in law so i'm not sure if it's good or not.. my guess is that it's great bc i've never been unsatisfied with l'oreal face makeup or eyeshadow before ^_^ hope that helps

  • @eyeshadowmaniac okay thx so much! i'll try it and see if its good

  • loreal tests on animals -.-

  • hii this is the first vid of yours im watching i think your really pretty

you dont have enough viewers, but ill be ur viewr :)

  • i try this podruct but it makes my faces really oily with product i can jus

  • I just recently bought this brand of foundation (in W3) and I was wondering, would you need to set this type of foundation? Like with powder or...? Because my skin's a little closer to the dry side so I'm not sure =S

  • I have been using this foundation for about a month...I use N7. I really like the foundation, but am having a problem finding the powder in this shade....I also think it's long lasting...I put it on in the morning and it lasts until I come home from work....around 6 p.m.!

  • how long does the foundation last? is it long lasting?

  • I feel the same about revlon I love loreal also everything from their line is great

  • yes, it's my favorite drugstore brand... good products and i love their packaging!

  • Ive always wanted to try this when im browsing thru the cosmetic drugstore selection, the one thing that terrifies me is the fact i have oily skin and i i find it really hard sometimes trying to find a good foundation without having to blotch away with those lil wipe pads, but im definately going to have to give this a try!

  • one thing though.. i have combination skin and sometimes, i find myself a little oily at the end of the day with this foundation.. but then again, it was in the summer.. i recommend using a powder on top of the foundation if you have oily skin ^_^ let me know how it goes

  • if u have oily skin u should really try revlon's foundations. they have foundations labeled under oily/ combination or dry/ combination. and they stay ALL day long

  • I will have to try this one again. i think i was frustrated with matching my complexion.

  • okay, let me know how it goes ^_^

  • I think i'm going to buy that foundation today! =)

Quick question do you think this foundation would be good for someone with very dry skin? Thanks so much for the review!

  • i have combination skin and sometimes it gets a little oily at the end of the day with the foundation.. so i don't think it will give you dry skin.. you can always put on moisturizer before you apply foundation.. i do that and it really helps with my dry spots ^_^

  • Awesome, thanks so much!

  • thank you for this review. i'm interested in that foundation for a long time. Lol i love sheer cover. i understand you're saying Staycolor liquid is too heavy, i felt the same way too. i'll give it a try. thanks again (^_^)/

  • yeah i don't like anything that feels heavy on the face.. this foundation is so silky and smooth when you put it on.. i use it to just give myself more even toned.. no problem.. let me know how you like it!

  • my bad put ur disclaimer

  • make sure u out ur disclaimer gurl

  • I agree, I like this foundation. The coloring is similar to my MAC foundation except way cheaper, lighter on my face, and doesn't break me out!

  • yeah i've heard that about mac foundation, that's why i never bought one... i'm pretty happy with this product as well ^_^

  • thanx for the advice, love ur videos

  • thank you dear!
