I weight about 130 pounds, the only fat i have left is mostly on my stomach cause i didn't bother caring about it until now, i worked on my arms for a long time but they're only cut, and i want my abs to show and bigger arms, would you recommend me to buy a mass gainer to gain weight and just do a lot of cardio at eat right for the other meals to try and put more muscle on my arms and lose belly fat to get my abs to show? or should i just not buy it and eat right.

Hey hanhchampion i have a question i was wondering if you took any pre-workout like jack 3d or hemo rage? The reason why i am asking is because i just recently started taking jack 3d again and while i get good pumps and energy i noticed i may actually be working out too much, it seems my recovery time is much slower too. I only take it twice a week and thats rare and try to switch it up on the days i do take it. I wanted to hear your opinion on this cause i feel like its bad for me?

Yo Hanh. QUick question. When you were bulking up and becoming a big dude, what pre workout supplements, if any did you take? Any Nitro Xplode or energy supplements? How long and frequent are your workouts typically?

Also what would you recommend to build mass three or four exercises at 12-10-8 reps or 85% of that weight with a longer workout? Maybe 6 exercises per muscle group.
