  • brett favre.is.football.

  • by far the best tribute video of the best quarterback... period

  • @MegaYamaha101 Thanks...that means alot. =)

  • i hate how quickly everyone forgets that joy brett gave us all as fans, we all knew we were rooting and had the #1 gunslinger around. suuhc a great feeling growing up knowing that your quarterback was gonna play the game with all his heart and leave nothing behind, thats all you can ask for. Brett favre, you are my hero, my legend, my inspiration, and most of all Best Qb of all time. hands down brett, you deserve it

  • Simply the greatest Packer of all time

  • Brett Favre was a Packer and always will be a packer. I dont think it is fare that everyone thinks Rodgers is the best QB GB ever had. I agree he is a great QB but he has a long way to go before he is as good as Brett Favre or Bartt Starr.

  • brett meant everything to me in my childhood, he is the reason i was playing football 24/7 and loving every second of life.

  • Ive been a packer fan since i was to im 14 now. brett has been my hero and idol for 12 years. I dont care if he makes mistakes were all human. and btw he booted out of gb before the betrayl talks about hows he is a traitor. FAVRE 4 EVER

  • I, and many other Green Bay fans, had lots of respect for this guy until he left Green Bay. Seems like after he got booted out, he became selfish to all of his loyal fans. To everything he said was mostly in anger, and I hope he never meant most of it. To say he felt more at home in Minnesota, than his whole time is Green Bay really annoyed me and made me dislike him at lot more and appreciate Aaron Rodgers a lot more.

  • This guy is a Hero, and he will always be number 1 no matter what happens.. Great video by the way. This is that video that should be number 1, just like Favre.

  • @aschultz15 It's definitely Brett... lol

  • really its too bad he couldnt do a little better in big games...if you think about it he really is just a handful of bad plays away from a few more superbowl appearences...if he had won some more people might be more likely to idolize him as the best all-time qb for those who think his ability is just trash...3 straight mvps....could have had 2 more but got edged in 2007 and 2009

  • Wow, u know, its impressive to think that Brett did everything he did without playing his rookie year, damn, just imagine if Makowski hadn't gone down....

  • Awesome video

  • people now a days like to focus on the bling rather than the game, its all about rings and shiny metal trophys, those will soon be long forgotten but those records that #4 broke..... those will stay in the books forever.

  • @MrMattBarna yes the one that will never be broken is the 296 game streak you'll have to never miss a start in your career.

  • @MrMattBarna yes the one that will never be broken is the 296 game streak you'll have to never miss a start in your career. The TD record, Passing Yds wont be broken since Manning might never be able to play again. To me Brett Favre is the Greatest Qb to pick up a ball.

  • @RDarth I was a little apprehensive of Favre's actions over the last 3 years... But I never lost respect for the man. I can only hope your right when you say "Haters will become fans again". I cannot wait for the day the retire his #4 at the stadium. I promise myself I will be there in Lambeau to see it happen and cheer my lungs out.

  • Miss brett a lot, but i really could not be happier with A-rodge. Green Bay is so lucky to never have to worry about looking for a QB, unlike the trashy bears

  • Great Video!

All I know is, when he comes back to get his jersey retired, when he gets inducted into the Hall of Fame. Everyone who used to hate him will realize HOW foolish they were to do so after that.

Many forget how trashy the Packers were prior to 1992. They also are all into the ESPN Hype and many have forgotten how Dominant #4 was back in the mid-late 90's. Favre threw nearly 40 TD's with Freeman, Beebe, Chmura lol, imagine the WR core of today with a 27 yr old Favre, Wow.

  • speechless. awesome video

  • @brandon007mccauley Why is he only a one time winner? Because he never had anyone to throw the ball to except Freeman! If he were to have someone better along with Freeman then hell he would of been at least a 2 time champ

  • @jmast17 You are WRONG! Aside from Freeman, IF you were a Packer Fan IN the Glory Years, which is called that BECAUSE OF BRETT FAVRE, there was ALSO "Sterling Sharpe," AND "Driver!" And by the way... Brett Favre was a 3x MVP! HELLOOOO! YOU have NO IDEA WHO Brett Favre IS & WAS! YOU MISSED IT ALL! But I AM GRATEFUL because I WATCHED IT ALL! Wooooo-Hoooo! Yeah baby! #1 IS Brett Favre of "OUR TIME!" THAT IS WHY HE IS TALKED ABOUT SO MUCH! Geeez!

    Juliet

  • @Juliet2heart Driver Is not even a all star wide receiver so you can not say he is a great 1. Sterling Sharpe was only there until 1994. Brett Favre had him for 2 and a half season. Yep those are two great ones right there. LEarn you facts

  • @jmast17 Sterling Sharpe IS a Hall of Fame Player... Driver WILL BE NO DOUBT! That is IF you watch him Play! It isn't "I" who have the FACTS WRONG! I KNOW what I am talking about, do you? Any idea at all? Didn't think so. Now go away!

  • @Juliet2heart Okay But Favre only had Sharpe for 2 years and your acting like he had him for his whole career he did not. Driver was not a number 1 reciever when favre had him

  • @jmast17 No, my Original Note said nothing about either Sharpe or Driver. You brought it up. Go re-read my Original Comment and you will see, it was ALL Brett Favre... that's it! Thanks for your thoughts & opinions!

    Juliet

  • @Juliet2heart One more thing, You think that Driver is HOF Worthy? That is kinda funny Cris Carer isent even in the HOF what makes you think that Driver is better then him? No way is he gonna be in the HOF

  • @jmast17 You don't know anymore than I do, as to who will and who won't be in the Hall of Fame, for neither of us can look into the future, nor do we have a crystal ball. It is ONLY MY OPINION, which I am entitled to, as you are as well. Time will tell us both what will be, and what won't be, ok? Please now. Enough, ok? Thank You Much!

    Juliet

  • Brett will play for the Pack again before it is all said and done

  • there will never be another brett favre he is the best no matter what anyone else says

  • some people say he is a trader but he is not he still wanted to play football

  • what would have football been like if Brett Farve had never come to green bay people las time shall pass let us heal our wounds and welcome a packer great home and back in to the packer family he part of packer history lets extend our hand in friend ship and say welcome home to Brett and his family

  • @MrAwild1 I agree wholeheartedly...100%.

  • @MrAwild1 look im a bears fans and i hate how packer fans boo him i grew up watching favre i respect the hell outta of him he needs to go back home and the fans forgive him i want him to go in the hall of fame as a packer go back home brett its time

  • @brandon007mccauley But when it ain't truth, it's trollin. And I'll pay you $10,000,000 if you can find ONE player who had better stats at his position than him. Starting.....now.

  • @usadexter how about Dan marino for starters, or john elway, thats 20,000,000

  • @brandon007mccauley Wrong. Try again.

  • @usadexter sorry brah it aint my opinion, just look at the stats

  • @brandon007mccauley What stats are you quoting? The ones you make up in your head? Give me 1 stat either of them have over Mr. Favre....please...I'm begging you.

  • @usadexter dan marino has more td passes, more career pass yards, more completions, more wins, just saying, here i will give u a link to the proof

  • @brandon007mccauley hahaha bro brett has all those records are u serious? they had all those games nationally televised! ur website is wrong just go to nfl.com where they keep all the stats correctly because its their league and u will see who has those records.

  • @usadexter well it wont let me post it but i will send it to u

  • @brandon007mccauley All you have to do is list off the records they have that Brett doesn't...Go ahead. Start.

  • @usadexter From a durability standpoint Brett is unequalled and that allowed him to set some career records that may well stand forever. Aaron Rodgers has a better career passer rating so far at 98.4 and Bart Starr can put a league championship ring on 5 of his 8 fingers. Each, unlike Favre, holds a super-bowl MVP award. Favre absolutely belongs in the Packer hall and in Canton but his charactor flaws have no place in the ring of honor. In any case, your video is extremely well done.

  • @kag61 We will forever disagree...for the best player in the teams history to be omitted from the Ring of Honor would be a travesty to the legitimacy of the purpose of the ring, and all who are already in it.

  • @usadexter I've no doubt you'll get your wish. Adoration sells very cheaply these days. When the time comes, I'm sure there'll be more than enough swooning devotees who marvel at Favre's personal achievements. He will get his heroe's welcome and the brass plaque will make no mention of the annual tractor watch, the petulant demand for a trade to the Vikings, the phone calls to Matt Millen, the sexting scandal, the sickening, non-stop drama, or the many, season-ending, big game collapses.

  • @kag61 Because real, true fans don't focus on all of the bad...we remember the good. =)

  • @usadexter I wholeheartedly agree! That is the mark of real, true Brett Favre fans. But as a Packer fan, my standards are considerably higher.

  • @kag61 I am a Packer Fan before any player, but he has SO MUCH of the Packers history with him, to leave him off the Ring of Honor would be a slap in the face to the Organization itself. And every player who has already made it there. Remember, that doesn't symbolize what he did in his life, it symbolizes what he did ON THAT FIELD...and nothing more.

  • @usadexter ON THAT FIELD as well as off, Brett wasdefined by his hungry ego and a preeminent lack of self control. You may fancy yourself the arbiter of what is or isn't important in franchise history but you undervalue everything that predates the go-route to Kitrik Taylor. Revisit the 1961 - 67 seasons. See what a real field general looks like. It won't change your sentimental bias (I'm guessing you grew up in the 90's) but you may not be as hasty to throw down that "best ever" card.

  • @kag61 The thing is kag61 if you ask the majority of players who have ever had the pleasure of playing against him they will tell you that they love and respect him more than any other player.

  • @bad93ex And you've done this - asked the majority of opposing players? I doubt that but as I think about it, you may be right. Why wouldn't they love him. With the season on the line, he'd throw THEM the damn ball. Google SI.com - Brett Favre's 10 worst career moments. You won't know whether to laugh or cry.

  • @kag61 Just go through a lot of the player interviews on NFL Network for any all-time lists and his name will come up. The guy loved to play football plain and simple.

  • Im a bears fan but i wish he would go back there bless u farve your one of the greats and thank you

  • This is one of the best tribute videos, OF ANY PLAYER, if not already the best on youtube!! AMAZING job!!!

  • greatest video ive ever seen about brett. Thank you brett!!!!!!

    Brett Your coming home :D

  • @kag61 actuallly boss he broke all the records in a packer uniform i think u got it confused because he got some of his records vs the vikings!

  • @bassem989 Consecutive starts, total starts for any position player, wins, pass attempts, pass completions, touchdowns, total passing yards, interceptions, fumbles, and many more NFL records were set by Favre in 2010 as a member of the Minnesota Vikings. To top it off, he became the only starting QB to have beaten all 32 NFL teams with his first victory over the Packers in 2009. His 3 consecutive MVP's were won as a Packer - that one I'll give you, but the rest my friend, are all purple. Sorry!

  • @kag61 no it isnt just look it up on youtube! brett favre broke the td record as a packer to greg jennings on ur vikings he also broke yards as a packer ur extremely wrong!!! use the internet !

  • type in brett favre breaks td record on youtube hahah there is the video when he broke the td record in a PACKER uniform!

  • @bassem989 And with every successive td he threw after that, he broke the record again. Thats how it works dude. For the last time, all the records were set - I said SET, with the Vikes. Turn off the internet once in a while and use your brain. And if you review my first post, you'll see they're sure as hell not MY my Vikings. End of discussion. Stop embarrassing yourself!

  • @packeropie he was one of my Heroes growing up, he IS the reason i am a TRUE GREEN AND GOLD PACKERS FAN!!!!! i was torn when i had to choose between him and the PACK, but i must stick with my team through thick n thin! GO PACK GO, time for Favre to come back and take his right full place in Lambeau Field!

  • @ANCISO15 I am the same way. I became a fan in the middle of the favre era (when I was a kid my grandparents who are long time fans got me into the pack). I was bummed when favre left, but for me there was never a question of sticking with the packers or not. I agree, now that he is retired, he needs to have his number retired one of these days, and him and the packers/ the packers loyal fans can bury the hatchet.

  • watchin this and knowing that he is done, its time for him to come home and retire a PACKER!!! by gones are by gones!! COME HOME FAVRE!!!

  • This video can make haters into fans again. Wow.

  • Wonderfully done.

Packer fans seem to forget that Brett Favre is about Brett Favre. If Packers fans ever find out Mike and Ted's side of the story, you're all going to be shocked. Brett couldn't take the high road but those two did.

I hope I never see his name in the ring of honor at Lambeau.

  • I miss Brett, Arod is beyond grest, i love him. But Favre was a god, He just had a way to him...That made him godlike!

  • you honestly cant hate him one of the reeasons i became a packers fan back in the day

  • @MrLeedleed I agree. For all the Packer fans that left with Favre. We don't want you back. The train has left the station.

  • It is the only way it can be.

  • I've been so pissed at Favre for going to the Vikings but I've forgiven him and want to seem him home retiring that #4 Jersey in Green and Gold. Get it done Brett.

  • Almost cried watching it.

  • This video isn't implying he should come back and PLAY for the Packers, it's meant to be about his returning to the hallowed field of Lambeau to be placed in his rightful spot as the single-greatest quarterback in the history of The NFL. Ring of Honor, Packers Hall of Fame, and eventually his first-ticket ride into Canton. He will never play football again. It's time to put it away, PackerNation. It's time to put him where he belongs. 1265 Lombardi Ave.

  • Excellent video!! Great job.

I could never understand the Farve haters. There are some serious die hard Packer fans out there. Really, get over it. I dont need to list what he's done for the Packers. Before Farve, NO player wanted to get drafted to GB.

I loved what one die-hard Viking fan put it. "I never got to experience Farve majic. I got lucky to feel with Packers felt all those years."

  • @cubb20 Good thing this isn't about you then, isn't it? I'll be sure to watch for you when he comes back to Lambeau Field and receives a roaring ovation from the "REAL" Packer fans. Harbor that hate. It's good for you. *<[ :o)

  • I still dislike Favre for leaving Green Bay and playing for another team, let alone the vikings, but i gotta admit this video is great and encapsulates his greatness while in Green Bay. Despite the past few years, he needs to come home and write his number inside Lambeau. Should be an interesting day the day Favre comes back to retire for good.

  • awesome video. been a favre and packer fan all my life. became an instant jets and vikings fan as well during the span he played for both teams. now i could care less about either team but you're right, it is time for favre to come back and retire a packer
