Help dudes! My casio ef 550d has a problem. At a party I got drunk and stuck my hand in a bowl full of water. That wouldn't have been a problem but the middle button was sticking out for some reason and some water managed to creep inside. I took it to a watch service and the dude opened it and cleaned it up, but he somehow messed the chronometer now when I start it the red pointer doesn't go from 0 anymore and that bothers me. Can any1 help?
I don't know if you have solved your problem by now, but you can reset the second counter by pulling the center crown out fully and pressing the chronograph start button until the hand aligns with the 12. Push the center crown back in and it will stay aligned when you depress the bottom reset button.
@serviledog Yup I figured it out some time ago, thx anyway. Now I have a different problem, after I fixed it the first time I went to a watch repair shop because the watch had condensation on the inside, he dried it and then tried to align the pointers to 0 but i don't think he really knew what he was doing cause he was forcing the crown too much. Now when I try to push the crown all the way down and shut it tightly the watch will stop after a few hours, it goes again when I release the crown.

Does it feel nice, heavy and chunky on the arm? I've got an EF524SP (one of the red bull edifice ones) and it feels very nice, and I am thinking of buying one of these as well, and with leather as well, looks like a Breitling Navitimer and/or a Chronomatic, really nice.
i just got mine and i noticed there is alot of dirt inbetween the glass and smudging on the hour markers. It also says UTERS where its supposed to say liters
I am using it now for 2 months and i dont think its fake. Its really hard glass (mineral), everything works fine - cronometer , buttons, ruler with button on the left. Its really solid and giver great feel. Also letters , numbers etc are printed OK.And the uliminated stuff is evenly distributed on the clock indicators. I am happy with the purchase. :)

@bestvidsdottk If it says uters instead of liters, i think it's 99% fake. It's like tachymetre instead of tachymeter.

@bestvidsdottk
it's not "UTERS"... it just looks like it, because of the font used. There is no distance between "L" and "I", that's why it forms a "U".
