Matt 7;14 says but strait is the gate and narrow is the way and few there be that find it and it leads to life - following God does not mean solving all your lifes problem. It is a tough life to be a true follower of God but the end of it leads to life, sadly only a few follower that path.

Matt. 7:13,14 - talks about two gates, one is strait,wide and broad but it lead to destruction and many which follow in - Joel preaching of comfort, properity, good health, promotion such easy lifestyle will only lead you to destruction rather than drawing you to the lifestyle of pleasing and glorifying God.

Hey bro, just a short cool story I heard. A guy became a christian and had lots of bad tatoos, things that he wasn't proud of, and cried out to God one night to deliver him from them. The next morning he woke up and his bed was full of ink and he had NO tatoos left! WOW God is so awesome! That's not to say that He'll do it for everyone but I thought it was amazing. We serve an awesome God!!!

We have to be more aware of those who subtly twist doctrine, than those that are obviously anti-God. Why? Because those who are subtle with their manipulations are going to lead more people to Hell than those that are "obvious".
You know in Mathew 24, when the disciples ask Jesus what the signs of the end times will be? You know what the first thing he says is? Beware of those that come in His name. Not, beware of those that speak against him.

hetgow, I agree with you 100% but unfortunately too many people will stick to the "don't judge" way of doing things, especially when it means saving someone from the fires of hell. Holding up the Bible and having people repeat something that 'sounds nice', means nothing to God/Jesus if we aren't adhering to the Word. Also, the Bible "never" said 'anything' about us living our 'best' lives now, another reason for those who 'say' they are believers to 'read' and 'know' the Word for themselves.

The Bible mentions water that which is used in baptism. You don't get baptized to save your body, but your soul. If water baptism is not necessary then the old law will still be in effect.

'God' can work through whomever He wishes to draw them to 'Him', and when we start 'giving the credit to people', therein lies the danger because when Joel hears their 'testimonies' he ought to give the 'credit' back to God and take 'none' for himself. One of the 'signs' of a 'true follower' of God/Jesus, even when 'we won't acknowledge it.
actually Jesus said "judge not in appearance, but with righteous judgment". You might also want to read Matt 7, then entire thing. Its not about not judging, but rather to not judge hypocritically.

hetgow, Not sure if you're still checking in here, but I've come to learn that there comes a time when you must say what the Bible calls us to say, and move on from there 'especially' when people start (and end) the 'Judgmental Issue', even when we stick to the scriptures. As you also stated, the Bible does speak about admonish those who preach a false gospel other than the Bible, but sadly some will run you over rather than hear or believe the truth of what God says.
You can choose to learn from his message or stay in a state of denial. Its there for the taking. Joel can show you the way a Christian should live his life.

Thank you for videos, it is so wonderful to see there are still Christ-followers who are not afraid or too intimidated to declare the truth. This whole Joel Osteen thing is really sad but whats worse is knowing how many people are following him and would rather listen to him than God. The world is almost ready for an anti-christ, if he's anything like Joel I can see how the world will be led astray. His denial of Christ doesn't even seem to bother alot of his so called Christian followers. Sad.
Good video...I just received Osteens newest book from a good friend...I am leary of Osteens Biblical views but from what I have read in the first two chptrs it is really inspiring, especially for someone who is in a rut or stagnant in their career...I think we have to be discerning in everything though...

I could care less. Leave the sinful nature once you are born again. The sin conscience is from Adam. Death from Sin came from Adam, it is universal. Just as salvation is universal once you believe and receive Jesus Christ into your heart. You talked about David and Psalms are you Jewish. The Old Testament was written for the Jews and is a reminder of when they were under law and the circumstances from that. We are under love covenant. Christ takes us thru adversity to strengthen us.

I don't agree that Old testament is only for Jews. God is always the same. From Old Testament we can learn more about God from his relationship with David and so on. But New Testament is more important.
If you dont think the Old Testament was written specifically for the Jews, Where does it mention Gentiles in the Old Testament. Not until the New Testament and specifically with Paul. We can learn from the Old Testament but are not to dwell there. Jesus brought us into the New Testament thru the Gospels.
There are good stories and applications, as I have allways liked Proverbs because of the wisdom aspects. I also like the stories of David and the other stories there.

Divisive and heretic are the same thing. Literally heretic means "to choose." If Christ died for me, what am I left to choose but obey Him and submit to His word? Anything short of doing this is divisive. Jeremiah 15:19, 1 Sam 8:7 -- keep up the good work.

Titus 3:10 is often misused for ejecting people who threaten the "unity" of an organization or movement (divisive, divide, etc). The focus is on unity, rather than adherence to God & His word.
Before anyone throws out Titus 3:10 saying I am being "divisive" let me remind the word 'divisive' is actually hairetikos, meaning "a follower of false doctrine; a heretic".
Its not saying kick people out of church for being loud & harsh (lots of God's people did this), its about kicking out people who continue to follow false/heretical teachings.
The reason for being "loud & harsh" sounding - cause its really serious stuff being "accursed", hence the multiple warnings.
I know ministers fail sometimes. I know they make mistakes. Jesus knew they would too. But, even so, He said, "If you receive them, you receive Me."

The ministers of the gospel are not your servants, they're God's servants. love them and respect them if for no other reason than to honor the One who sent them.
No where in the bible does it say to receive them that preach a different message (they are accursed, especially when they ignore correction). But you say just because one is a pastor they are exempt from correction & rebuke? Sorry but God does not give a pass based on title/position.

Rom 14 is about personal convictions specifically food & days of observance which is what we are not to judge about.
The entire 14th chapter of Romans is NOT talking about DIFFERENT & HERETICAL messages, so stop taking verses out of context.
Look at the passages dealing w the topic = different messages that deny the power of God & those that are opposed to what Jesus & the disciples preached.
The Apostle Paul said "But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed!" read all of Gal 1:6-10.
The word accursed means a person or thing doomed to destruction; devoted to the direst of woes; eternal separation.
actually the bible says to "judge righteously" those within the church IN ORDER to point out false teaching. You cant do one w/out the other.

Hetgow, humans are created in the image of God and are sentient creatures with earthly discerment. this is the intellect. Also, for christians the holy spirit helps us to discern in a spiritual way. Since the essence of faith and the desire to do good works stems from the mind, heart and soul everything we do from walking to good works stems first from a thought - through discerment. that is what i mean.
QYB - for me at least, and I know other christians, are concerned that there is more and more a lack of talking about WHY one needs JESUS - why after this body dies, and the eternal soul moves onward, you either go to a HELL or a HEAVEN. So if a person was truly able to discern biblical truths - they would naturally do good works. One follows the other. They are symantically different but the essence and in spiritual terms they are the same.

Discerning what is right or wrong is very important because God wants us to follow Him in spirit & in truth. Galations & other books also show the importance to follow the message Jesus & the disciples preached.
Discernment links both faith and works. Faith is a gift from God. As a result of truth faith and through discernment, we're able to bear good fruit and do good works. A person who says they have faith and does nothing lacks discernment for anything biblical. Faith without works is dead. Faith without discrenment leads to spiritual idleness.
You like to say everything that Joel is doing wrong as if he is doing nothing right. Saying that God wants you to point out false teachers,,,i think you are a false teacher. The main thing is that everyone of your videos has Joel Osteens name. Nobody would be watching your videos if it were not for you using Joel to bring attention to yourself.

Actually QYB, discernment is not the things you mentioned (those are works in which we are to be obedient to). Biblical discernment is the ability to decide between truth & error, right and wrong.

BTW Discern means: To perceive as being different; the ability to see the truth; to judge between right & wrong. Its pretty easy to compare two things & find see the difference (at least for me).

He uses "repent" but NOT in context as Jesus & disciples (our examples to follow). Its turning from our fleshy desires, being convicted by God (we offended Him) & pleading Him 2 forgive us. Its fruit = not continue in sin but being a living sacrifice & obedient to HIM.
Joel uses the word, but its never about dealing w our heart which is deceitfully wicked. Its like a surgeon using a scalpel for something other than what its designed for, it may work, but its not the way its supposed to be used.
God also says faith without works is dead. True faith will bear good Fruits. What fruit are you bearing with your posts on youtube. If you truly lived by your message you would pray for Joel and find something more productive to do. Joel is at least bring thousands of people to Christ. What have you done for Christ?
The bible also says to expose false teaching, but not many obey that either. Guess because it takes discernment. Strange you say Joel has brought thousands to Christ (actually God draws all people to Him), but he says he never uses the word "sin", "repent" etc. Ummm... again how can you repent of sin, if you never talk about it? But instead talk of building up your "self", which Jesus said to deny & die to.
As for fruit, perhaps you can come down for a few days and see for yourself.

BTW God is very narrow minded. Yes He loves the world unconditionally, BUT His forgiveness is VERY conditional. So is His definition of "believer".
As for my tatts, no I'm not gonna quote some "free from law" stuff. God forgives IF people humble themselves, repent & ask forgiveness = BTDT. Jesus said "Go & sin no more". So its not what I did in the past, its "am I still doing it now?" Nope.
As for Joel, he has been informed by many people about his unbiblical messages with lots of in context scripture to back it up, but he wont heed the correction. Oh well.
So the next best thing is to warn others to look to God's word in everything, so they can stay on the narrow path of salvation (yea its that "narrow minded" stuff again, but I am quoting Jesus Himself - see Matthew 7:13-14).
So it comes down to, do we follow Joel (or any man for that matter), or Jesus? Ummm...
Please understand this is a two way street that includes me as well.
I welcome other christians to hold me accountable to God & His word too. That way if I wander into false teaching, sin, etc they can bring correction so I can repent. After they do that, the ball is in my court & I have to make a decision to follow God & His word, or do my own thing.
Again do not take my word for it, get deep in the bible & check it out for yourself. The majority of the bible is about sin, correction, repentance, forgiveness & obedience (or disobedience) & salvation.
Jesus' sacrifice (God's grace) is the only thing that we can count on, and everything we do has eternal consequences, hence the warnings of Jesus & His disciples to stay within the message He gave us.
Joel is not perfect. But he is sincere and at least is humble enough to admit when he doesn't know something or when he is wrong. A sign that Christ works in his life. you are set on the wrong idea that you are called to judge joel. God will take care of it. Why don't you put up a video about the mistakes you have made in your life? based on this i can see you have tons of issues!

Strange how people put God in a box. Praise Him for His grace but I never said God cant work thru someone who preaches a different message. After all its not man who draws people to Christ, its God.

Paul wrote many times the self is not important but we as christians are a NEW creation in Christ & we are to die to self (& its image).
Never do we see scriptures saying we are to take care of ourselves. Rather we see scriptures to take care of others regardless of our experiences.

tattoos were taboo because they were used for makers for other cults or organizations etc, given the times often to distinguish groups apart, most of these group didnt honor god so to speak,. i dont see anything wrong wiith a tat, especally one that honors, god, also anyway who points the finger for someone with at really needs to understand where that came from, surrounding verses also say not shave your face or get a haricut

Hey bro, just a short cool story I heard. A guy became a christian and had lots of bad tatoos, things that he wasn't proud of, and cried out to God one night to deliver him from them. The next morning he woke up and his bed was full of ink and he had NO tatoos left! WOW God is so awesome! That's not to say that He'll do it for everyone but I thought it was amazing. We serve an awesome God!!!

We have to be more aware of those who subtly twist doctrine, than those that are obviously anti-God. Why? Because those who are subtle with their manipulations are going to lead more people to Hell than those that are "obvious".
You know in Mathew 24, when the disciples ask Jesus what the signs of the end times will be? You know what the first thing he says is? Beware of those that come in His name. Not, beware of those that speak against him.

hetgow, I agree with you 100% but unfortunately too many people will stick to the "don't judge" way of doing things, especially when it means saving someone from the fires of hell. Holding up the Bible and having people repeat something that 'sounds nice', means nothing to God/Jesus if we aren't adhering to the Word. Also, the Bible "never" said 'anything' about us living our 'best' lives now, another reason for those who 'say' they are believers to 'read' and 'know' the Word for themselves.

hetgow, Joel and his 'followers' need MUCH prayer (I've also wondered just how much of the Word his wife knows, as she seems to be going in the 'same' direction with her 'sermons', and new book as well.), and hopefully 'before' Jesus returns something happens to turn them 'all' around (maybe the 'help' will come through their children? One can only hope). I feel sorry for them because it's almos like watching Hollowood (my name for it) on display at times. May God grab a hold of his heart & mind

The Bible mentions water that which is used in baptism. You don't get baptized to save your body, but your soul. If water baptism is not necessary then the old law will still be in effect.

There are lots of scriptures he doesnt preach on.
Read Hebrews 12:1-11, Romans & other scriptures talk about examination, daily dying to self (versus building up your self), acts that stem from repentance, etc, etc, etc.
Its strange how Joel will preach the happy, fun, success parts, but never the dying to self, bondservant, living sacrifice stuff.
Of course nothing I say will change anyone, just pray God will do whatever it takes to get His bride pure & spotless via His refining fire.

sobakatom, While it may 'seem' as if Joel should 'get the credit' for the change in these people's lives, truth be told "none of it belongs to him". 'God' can work through whomever He wishes to draw them to 'Him', and when we start 'giving the credit to people', therein lies the danger because when Joel hears their 'testimonies' he ought to give the 'credit' back to God and take 'none' for himself. One of the 'signs' of a 'true follower' of God/Jesus, even when 'we won't acknowledge it.

actually Jesus said "judge not in appearance, but with righteous judgment". You might also want to read Matt 7, then entire thing. Its not about not judging, but rather to not judge hypocritically.
How can we correct & rebuke, expel false teachers, etc if we cannot judge? Either you use the whole bible or none at all.

hetgow, Not sure if you're still checking in here, but I've come to learn that there comes a time when you must say what the Bible calls us to say, and move on from there 'especially' when people start (and end) the 'Judgmental Issue', even when we stick to the scriptures. As you also stated, the Bible does speak about admonish those who preach a false gospel other than the Bible, but sadly some will run you over rather than hear or believe the truth of what God says.

This whole Joel Osteen thing is really sad but whats worse is knowing how many people are following him and would rather listen to him than God. The world is almost ready for an anti-christ, if he's anything like Joel I can see how the world will be led astray. Good video...I just received Osteens newest book from a good friend...I am leary of Osteens Biblical views but from what I have read in the first two chptrs it is really inspiring, especially for someone who is in a rut or stagnant in their career...I think we have to be discerning in everything though...

I could care less. Leave the sinful nature once you are born again. The sin conscience is from Adam. Death from Sin came from Adam, it is universal. Just as salvation is universal once you believe and receive Jesus Christ into your heart. You talked about David and Psalms are you Jewish. The Old Testament was written for the Jews and is a reminder of when they were under law and the circumstances from that. We are under love covenant. Christ takes us thru adversity to strengthen us.

Point being this "game" has no redeeming value in light of the OT or NT, cause its about building up our self/flesh/old sin nature & doing stuff in your own power instead of relying on God & His strength.

Actually could you pray for me that God will rip, tear, shred & burn out anything in my life that offends Him and to turn up His refining fire real hot. No matter how much it hurts to not let me jump out of His fire. Also pray for lots of "fear of the Lord" & His discernment too. Thats always good. Then so I can hear Him real good & obey what He tells me to do. Matter of fact pray this for the "church" cause they need it too.

I don't agree that Old testament is only for Jews. God is always the same. From Old Testament we can learn more about God from his relationship with David and so on. But New Testament is more important.

If you dont think the Old Testament was written specifically for the Jews, Where does it mention Gentiles in the Old Testament. Not until the New Testament and specifically with Paul. We can learn from the Old Testament but are not to dwell there. Jesus brought us into the New Testament thru the Gospels.

yea its interesting some focus on what God can do for them, but totally ignore that the "body" of Christ are to do things like whats stated in Isaiah 58, and the stuff Jesus said about being a servant to all.

I think the way Joel Osteen preaches borders Idolatry. God is not here to serve people. We are here to serve God. It makes me wonder how many people who say they are Christians truly are. But only the Lord truly knows.

Most people say Joel is being picked on. I disagree. A pator's job is the teach about God's justice and love How we are bound for hell for our sins. w/o the blood of christ and believing on Christ We are bound for the wrath of God. He seem more concered about what god can do for us. If he wants to be a lifecoach be one. But if he wants to be a preacher he must then teach the gospel. Not just what people what to hear. The Gospel offends. And preaching the true word will offend.

Good video/critique, but please remix it. Having the intro music loud is one thing. Keeping it loud throughout your commentary is extremely distracting. I couldn't listen to the whole thing because it was very difficult to concentrate on your voice.

Divisive and heretic are the same thing. Literally heretic means "to choose." If Christ died for me, what am I left to choose but obey Him and submit to His word? Anything short of doing this is divisive. Jeremiah 15:19, 1 Sam 8:7 -- keep up the good work.

Yes they are the same thing, but a lot today seem to have different definitions for both (most dont think they are the same - sad isnt it?).
Titus 3:10 is often misused for ejecting people who threaten the "unity" of an organization or movement (divisive, divide, etc). The focus is on unity, rather than adherence to God & His word.

Before anyone throws out Titus 3:10 saying I am being "divisive" let me remind the word 'divisive' is actually hairetikos, meaning "a follower of false doctrine; a heretic".
Its not saying kick people out of church for being loud & harsh (lots of God's people did this), its about kicking out people who continue to follow false/heretical teachings.
The reason for being "loud & harsh" sounding - cause its really serious stuff being "accursed", hence the multiple warnings.

I know ministers fail sometimes. I know they make mistakes. Jesus knew they would too. But, even so, He said, "If you receive them, you receive Me."
the Scripture says, "Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand" (Rom. 14:4, NIV).
The ministers of the gospel are not your servants, they're God's servants. love them and respect them if for no other reason than to honor the One who sent them.

No where in the bible does it say to receive them that preach a different message (they are accursed, especially when they ignore correction). But you say just because one is a pastor they are exempt from correction & rebuke? Sorry but God does not give a pass based on title/position.
Everyone is accountable - if you dont believe the bible, ask God.
Pastors are under harsher judgment cause they have to answer for what they preach (watcher on the wall stuff - Eze 33).

yes sin is sin, but Jesus said those who cause a "little one" to sin would face greater punishment. False teachers cause greater damage in that is breeds more sin & idolatry.
BTW its not my opinion - this is seem in the OT where leaders/priests, etc were judged more harshly for leading people into sin, rebellion, false teaching, etc (see Eze 33 watcher on the wall). Also in the NT with numerous warnings of such. So many scriptures, so little room.

Rom 14 is about personal convictions specifically food & days of observance which is what we are not to judge about.
The entire 14th chapter of Romans is NOT talking about DIFFERENT & HERETICAL messages, so stop taking verses out of context.
Look at the passages dealing w the topic = different messages that deny the power of God & those that are opposed to what Jesus & the disciples preached.

The Apostle Paul said "But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed!" read all of Gal 1:6-10.
The word accursed means a person or thing doomed to destruction; devoted to the direst of woes; eternal separation.

actually the bible says to "judge righteously" those within the church IN ORDER to point out false teaching. You cant do one w/out the other.
God judges who's saved or not (not our job), but if we are not to judge then you have to throw away all a lot of NT scriptures telling us to judge (for the sake of keeping people on the narrow road & gate to salvation).

about warnings read Ezekiel 3:17-21 it nails down the importance of warning people & doing what is right in HIS eyes.
BUT if u think letting blind people walk off a 1,000 foot cliff to their death is ok, then don't bother. Either God is serious about what He said or its just a load of bunk.

How about Paul when he mentions, by name, two people who have led others astray in 1 Timothy 1:19,20? The Gospel says what it says and Joel has never changed it. Spend your time helping others instead of gossiping about others. Why not post a video talking about christs love or teaching? People are quick to judge and condim. Did your video really advance the kingdom? Sunday 100 people will stand up repent of their sins and ask Christ into their hearts. Did that happen through your video? It seems like you may be luke warm my friend

God makes the miracle, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Is that not part of prayer? On a healthy self image, of course God doesn't want you to hate yourself. Of course not meaning love sin. Your comparing levels in a Christian game board game to a system of getting closer to God. I don't find them related at all other than involving steps. Sometimes people are not ready to accept the truth. Sometimes it is better to not speak than to rebuke.

yep as believers we are to examine ourselves daily to see that we are in the faith (been there, still doing that). Along with this, we need to be like the bereans & seek the scriptures to see what any man says is in accordance with God's word.
If not, rebuke, correct & warn. If people dont want to follow the truth, then thats entirely up to them.

I'm not proposing people say nothing. that is not the issue. it just seems like on youtube there is a lot of negative backbiters who tear down other christians. Not directly implying you. At least, you are cordial and respectful. . . Maybe you should put up a video about the struggles and sins you've dealt with in your life and that will give poeple a better perspective on your cirtique of joel or anyone else. As Jesus said, let those without sin cast the first stone.

Hetgow, humans are created in the image of God and are sentient creatures with earthly discerment. this is the intellect. Also, for christians the holy spirit helps us to discern in a spiritual way. Since the essence of faith and the desire to do good works stems from the mind, heart and soul everything we do from walking to good works stems first from a thought - through discerment. that is what i mean.

QYB - for me at least, and I know other christians, are concerned that there is more and more a lack of talking about WHY one needs JESUS - why after this body dies, and the eternal soul moves onward, you either go to a HELL or a HEAVEN. That the bible specifically talks about a judgment before the Lord.

Discernment links both faith and works. Faith is a gift from God. As a result of truth faith and through discernment, we're able to bear good fruit and do good works. A person who says they have faith and does nothing lacks discernment for anything biblical. Faith without works is dead. Faith without discrenment leads to spiritual idleness.

Actually QYB, discernment is not the things you mentioned (those are works in which we are to be obedient to). Biblical discernment is the ability to decide between truth & error, right and wrong.
Discernment is the process of making careful distinctions in our thinking about truth. In other words, the ability to think with discernment is synonymous with an ability to think biblically.
Your confusing two very different things "works" vs "discernment". We are talking about discernment.

Also remember judgment, each of us will give an account for our actions. If u neglect God & His word, then it doesnt matter if u point to someone else & say "but it was his fault, he was a hypocrite...". Thats not going to excuse u from what u were supposed to be doing.

As for not being equipped to discern, what are the prerequisites? Is there some school u have to attend? A certification test? Come on QYB, God calls who He wishes & uses those who surrender to Him. At least that's what the bible shows.
BTW Discern means: To perceive as being different; the ability to see the truth; to judge between right & wrong. Its pretty easy to compare two things & find see the difference (at least for me).

He uses "repent" but NOT in context as Jesus & disciples (our examples to follow). Its turning from our fleshy desires, being convicted by God (we offended Him) & pleading Him 2 forgive us. Its fruit = not continue in sin but being a living sacrifice & obedient to HIM.
Joel uses the word, but its never about dealing w our heart which is deceitfully wicked. Its like a surgeon using a scalpel for something other than what its designed for, it may work, but its not the way its supposed to be used.

The bible also says to expose false teaching, but not many obey that either. Guess because it takes discernment. Strange you say Joel has brought thousands to Christ (actually God draws all people to Him), but he says he never uses the word "sin", "repent" etc. Ummm... again how can you repent of sin, if you never talk about it? But instead talk of building up your "self", which Jesus said to deny & die to.
As for fruit, perhaps you can come down for a few days and see for yourself.

BTW God is very narrow minded. Yes He loves the world unconditionally, BUT His forgiveness is VERY conditional. So is His definition of "believer".
As for my tatts, no I'm not gonna quote some "free from law" stuff. God forgives IF people humble themselves, repent & ask forgiveness = BTDT. Jesus said "Go & sin no more". So its not what I did in the past, its "am I still doing it now?" Nope.

As for Joel, he has been informed by many people about his unbiblical messages with lots of in context scripture to back it up, but he wont heed the correction. Oh well.
So the next best thing is to warn others to look to God's word in everything, so they can stay on the narrow path of salvation (yea its that "narrow minded" stuff again, but I am quoting Jesus Himself - see Matthew 7:13-14).
So it comes down to, do we follow Joel (or any man for that matter), or Jesus? Ummm...

Please understand this is a two way street that includes me as well.
I welcome other christians to hold me accountable to God & His word too. That way if I wander into false teaching, sin, etc they can bring correction so I can repent. After they do that, the ball is in my court & I have to make a decision to follow God & His word, or do my own thing.

Again do not take my word for it, get deep in the bible & check it out for yourself. The majority of the bible is about sin, correction, repentance, forgiveness & obedience (or disobedience) & salvation.
Jesus' sacrifice (God's grace) is the only thing that we can count on, and everything we do has eternal consequences, hence the warnings of Jesus & His disciples to stay within the message He gave us.

Joel is not perfect. But he is sincere and at least is humble enough to admit when he doesn't know something or when he is wrong. A sign that Christ works in his life. you are set on the wrong idea that you are called to judge joel. God will take care of it. Sorry, not hating or jealous of 1 preaching a different message than what Christ & His disciples preached.
God says examine urself daily, die to self & follow Him. Joel says u can have ur best life now, regardless of sinful condition. Joel stated he never uses the word "sin", "repent" or that God sends those to hell who dont repent.
Read Gal, James & other books Joel never preaches. Man's biggest problem is SIN, but Joel says its about ur poor self image. Nowhere in the bible is this found.
