These sexy outfits were designed for Barbara by Joie Hutchinson, the series' unsung (and uncredited) costume designer. 1:05 is yet another 1991 publicity photo, featuring Jef Billings' "redesigned" harem outfit for Barbara/Jeannie (shades of season one!). 1:08 is another 1966 publicity still of Barbara in the "other outfit"...VERY sexy and enticing! {Take THAT, Paris Hilton!!!}.
:55 is a good example of how Barbara was able to appear as Jeannie and her "rotten sister" at the same time in a 1967 episode. This is how it looked before the scene was filmed- Barbara is on the right, as "Jeannie"; her stand-in, Evelyn Moriarty, poses as Jeannie's sister (note the costume). Barbara and Evelyn then "switched roles" (and oufits), and the scene was refilmed. In editing the final version of the scene, Barbara was "superimposed" on screen as both sisters!

Besides, Paris Hilton as "Jeannie" looks about as sexy and appealing as....ME wearing that outfit! ;)
