What's great is the score for the tavern tack piano part at the beginning that accompanies Wozzeck as he belts out his song. Why it's like Miles Davis' E.S.P. chord changes almost but only many decades much earlier--well, probably not exactly, but the atonality sounds cool here 'cause it does sound like the most jazzy, bluest and funkiest this guy ever got...
